[Luthor opens a feed to the mysterious contact labeled 'CPU'. It's time to put the information he learned from Satsuki to good use. He had already scouted a suitable area of Nova City.]

A copy of today's Daily Planet from Earth-16.
A copy of my birth certificate.
A computing device of some kind, containing my complete genome.
A similar device containing Superboy's complete genome, or add the information to the device from the previous request.
Superman's complete genome, provided as specified in the previous request.
A piece of paper or text file listing the civilian identities of all Justice League members."

[He was testing the system as much as using it. The answers would, of course, guide Lex's follow-up requests. He didn't want to do anything as drastic as opening a sub-archway if he could import arbitrary information and instantly construct whatever buildings he needed. But just as importantly, finding out what they could and would provide would give him information about his captors.]

[after Lex finishes getting stuff from the CPU, and perhaps opening a sub-archway, all that remains is to announce the new Lexcorp's opening.]

"Good day, citizens of Genessia and Nova City. My name is Lex Luthor, and today I'm pleased to announce the opening of the Nova City branch of Lexcorp. I've prioritized our medical and robotics technologies because I believe they can do the most good here, but I hope to make the rest of Lexcorp's products available in Nova City within the next few weeks."

[Lex is telling the truth when he says those divisions can do the most good for the people here. But he's more concerned with how much good they'll do him, both for the goodwill they can buy him and by giving himself access to Lexcorp's most strategically useful resources.]

"I thought you might be interested to see the results of my little test. As a show of good faith."

[He won't share everything with her. Just enough to be interesting, so she'll feel she's gotten something of value, and perhaps she really will. But nothing that could be harmful to Lex.]

A-Ah...I can ask, but I'm not sure if they'll agree.

[ She replied. Fairy Tail was a wonderful group of people but it seemed like this man was trying to extort something. She's not sure if she wants her friends to be exposed to this. Somehow, she can't seem to fully trust him. ]

[Her feeling wasn't entirely wrong. Lex wouldn't hesitate to extort or betray them if it proved necessary for his own goals, but thus far he'd seen no indication that he'd have to. Genuine allies were so much more useful than pawns whose services had to be extorted or manipulated out of them. The latter had a tendency to provide as little help as they could get away with and seek revenge afterward.]

It couldn't hurt to ask. In the meantime, if you'd like, I'd like to hear more about your world. I take it the dragons there are intelligent... and if one taught you magic meant for killing its own kind, they must not all be friendly with each other.

[ Wendy was careful with people since she always wanted to treat everyone kindly. She didn't want to doubt anyone and this man might not mean any initial harm, but the way he spoke, it made her a bit uneasy, but she was trying to be polite if anything. ]

Y-Yes, I'll ask them if I can. Ah- Earthland is a very vast world. There's lots of magic everywhere and many people. Everyone lives off of magic one way or another, but those who use magic help protect those who cannot and yes... Grandeeney, my mother was a very kind and gentle Dragon. She was always positive about humans and Dragons working together. There are Dragons who are unkind to each other.

I was told that that there was a Dragon Civil War. During that war, the Dragons were split into two different factions. Ones that wanted peace with humans and those who opposed this co-existence. The was brutal and it left a lot of damage... and nothing was done. To end it, the Dragons that wanted co-existence; they taught Dragon Slaying Magic to humans-- their magic. It was horrible, because humans abused it and killed not only the ones that opposed, but those who were allies as well. That is why it's called Dragon Slaying Magic. There currently aren't any Dragons right now...

Your mother...? You're half-dragon yourself, then?

A shame. The extinction of a sentient species is always a tragedy, particularly when the cause is genocide.

[Never mind his own designs against the last few members of a certain alien race. In truth, Lex can't help but wonder if they did it for similar reasons to his own... though if humans won a war against a whole race of them, it's doubtful these dragons ever posed as apocalyptic a threat, even in aggregate, as a lone unchecked Kryptonian.]

N-No, Grandeeney is my foster mother. She adopted me when I was young. I was an orphan.

It is. I don't like people being hurt, or Dragons for the matter.

[ She looked down. she wasn't certain of the reasons but those little stories that people tell, she picked up on them. She really missed Grandeeney right now. ]

A human raised by a dragon... still rather interesting, if you don't mind my saying.

[Humans and dragons capable of interbreeding would have been... quite interesting indeed.]

I apologize if I've brought up any unpleasant memories.

[She did say there are no dragons left, and her foster mother was one...]

[ She nodded in agreement. ]

[ Disappeared was more like it. Somehow, Natsu. Gajeel and her Dragons disappeared. ]

Sometime soon, I'd like to learn as much as possible about your abilities. If we're to find a way out, it's important to know what everyone can do.

[Lex is telling the truth about how he wants to use the knowledge. But if they should somehow find themselves on opposite sides of some conflict, it won't hurt to have all the information he can get about potential enemies, either.]

[ She replied nodding her head to his words. She won't reveal a lot but she'll revela as much as she needs to to him. She was a Dragon Slayer, and her abilities could be useful for oncoming problems. ]

You can come by the Lexcorp archway in Nova City whenever is convenient. Do you mind demonstrating some of your magic and having it recorded for further study?

I can if you need me to. I'm not quite sure where that is but I know where Nova City is.
