Just basic laws that everyone is expected to follow. There are some differences between cities but no stealing, killing, etc.

But I do agree at how different this place is. But you'll be able to settle sooner or later once you establish certain things.

Mostly after a month you'll have to have at least a job and a place to live. Those are the certain things I mentioned.

No. I just never had to think about where to live
or a job before. It was always decided.
