So... it occurs to me that I need to find gainful employment in this place. I cannot simply sit on my laurels and expect my siblings to accrue the funds we require to support us. However... I have no idea how to go about that, nor do I really know what sort of work I would be qualified for. My only real skills pertain to mounted combat, and playing the violin...

[She will just be hanging out trying to think of how she can support her siblings in paying for the rent if nothing else.]

I would not say I enjoy it, not as much as Xander at least. It was simply expected of me, and I do have some talent for it.

Yes. The women of Nohr's nobility were expected to know multiple ways of entertaining guests, so musical distractions were very common.

I was allowed very few luxuries or hobbies that were truly my own. I suppose flying with my wyvern was one of them. That's why I chose to be a Malig Knight rather than joining the cavalry.

That's... truly amazing! I've never seen a wyvern before, but I imagine you must me rather impressive to ride one.

Before coming to this place I had never truly appreciated the rarity of wyverns. They live in the mountains surrounding my home, and are very common in my world.

I imagine it must take a great deal of strength and kindness to gain their trust enough to ride them.

Patience and practice primarily. Once they're acclimated to you, they're very similar to horses in temperament.

My wyvern is very cute. They are also very protective. Once they accept a rider, they're practically family.

So it's not even that they're a pet you've trained... they're your family who love you. That's honestly very sweet and touching in a way.
