[Action] Nova City Guardian HQ (Backdated August 2nd)
It's pretty much impossible to miss Wily's Guardian Quarters, it is the tallest building in all of Nova City. One might wonder how a single man could possibly use so much space and Satsuki Kiryuin has been spending plenty of time attempting to seek th answers herself. While she has 'earned' access to some areas, there are many many floors she is still unable to explore mostly because she has no hacking ability. Perhaps that setback will be fixed today.
The Deputy Guardian has asked Chihiro Fujisaki to meet her at this building's main lobby so that she can reveal something of interest to him without giving any details about it. The truth is, though, said gift isn't complete; the final touches can only be applied with the programmer being here in person.
The lobby is uneccessarily large, and maintains an unwelcoming atmosphere. So much so that it actually makes Satsuki appear approachable by comparison. Steel floors, walks, ceilings, chairs. It is in desperate need for a makeover, really, but that isn't of the young lady's concern. But as she waits for the programmer, she is passing the time reviewing the many Academy poll responses she's been given now that she has time to look them over.

When he arrived in front of the building, he couldn't help but look up and be somewhat amazed by simply how huge it was. He had to wonder just what was in this place to warrant such space, but even Chihiro knew that maybe not all spaces were probably used.
He moved his hands to grip his bag straps as he slowly, but surely made his way towards the door and entering and when he did he couldn't help but start to feel really nervous at what was inside, but this was where he was told to wait so that was what he was going to do, all the while he was waiting he just quietly fiddled with his bag.

There is a brief pause, then seems to reconsider going straight to business. ".. It has been rather hot as of late.. Would you like something to drink?"
no subject
"Ah, good morning." He said standing up straight once before nervously looking up to her. "A gift?" He asked nearly tilting his head slightly. It had been mentioned but he had been busy that he had just kind of forgotten about it.
After thinking about it for a moment he shook his head. "No, I'll be fine." He had made sure to at least have a drink before he came, he felt like for now he should be fine.
no subject
"And yes, a gift. To be honest I am not entirely certain that you are prepared for it, but I have come to realize your situation is quite unlike the majority of teenagers your age. To make a long story short, your nervousness and meek nature is an impairment to your growth."
"I understand that I often come off as rather assertive; but I hope you understand that it is nothing personal and that I wish to see you succeed in not just meeting, but surpassing your goals because there are secrets within Genessia that I believe, in time, can be revealed by your genius."
"With sufficient training, of course."
(OOC: Careful with the typing, your first sentence went berserk!)

He understood fully what she meant by his nature. He knew he was meek, or at least he believed it to be so and that people would bully him for being weak, he figured he would just believe them and hide who he was beneath being someone who would be considered weak; a girl. Looking over slightly, he gave a slightly confused look.
"I... Can't really say I understand. Do you mean there are secrets we don't know about this place?" He honestly didn't say he thought anything strange would be going on, or that he actually had goals really, but he figured with work they always had goals they had to meet. "I don't think even if I helped could do something as big as that."
no subject
"However he has been missing lately, and part of me wonders if he is just somewhere in this building that I do not have access to. One of the things I would like you to do is hack the various floors but that project is for another time." she calmly explains as she looks down to him. It isn't obvious, but she appreciates his putting on a braver face. "Speaking of which if you have questions.. Any at all, do not hesitate to ask."
"The grand task I have for you is something that may sound impossible, but you just may have a chance at. There are beings that people like us cannot contact called spirits in Genessia. They possess information that could be extremely useful for us, but we cannot simply will their existance. It sounds odd, but eventually I would like you to attempt to use your programming ability to create something that can make contact, or percieve their existance."
no subject
Hacking would be a good idea to just simply check, but yet at the same time it would seem rude to do such a thing but right now all he could do was give a small nod before shaking his head slightly.
"Ah, no. No questions from me anyway."
He soon was looking forward, his eyes looking at he door right now as he continued to listen before once more looking back at her, giving off a confused expression. "I-I had no idea, but uhhh... Would it be like talking to the dead? because if so, I'm not exactly sure how a program can do such things?"
no subject
"It does not matter right now, though. For the time being I will assign you simpler tasks, and gradually assign you more difficult ones and this is where my gift to you comes into play." as she continues to walk the doors slide open with a hiss to reveal her office; large but heavily under-decorated, but at least it has a giant window that overlooks Nova City. The rug continues toward a desk and computer, as well as more comforatable-looking seats in front of it. "Where I come from, many students of my school wear clothing called 'Goku Uniforms'. These uniforms contain special threads that, for the most part, amplify ones abilities."
Eventually the desk is reached, and upon the desk is a white and blue girl's school uniform with a single, black star stitched at the low end of the neckline. Since she doesn't have Chihiro's measurements, it is a size too big. "I would like you to try this on. There is a restroom to the left."
no subject
"Ah, okay. I think I can start with simple and building up from there." he spoke, his hands gripping the front of his skirt as he had started to fidget with it a little bit. When he had finally looked at the desk and noticed the uniform, he had to admit he was a little curious about it, which was somewhat satisfied at her explaining what it was.
"Special threads?" He asked, wondering what type of threads are so special that they do such a thing, but after a minute he shakes his head, he had been told to try it on and that should be what he'll do right now. "Never mind...I'll ask again after."
He carefully picked it up like it was fragile before slowly heading to the restroom. It certainly looked beautiful at least in his eyes as he soon started to change and within five minutes it was on and it defiantly was at least one size too big. It was better than being overly big at least he though to himself before opening the door once more stepping out, unsure of what he honestly should do next,

She turns to look to the other once they return. Too large. Just as she had suspected, but this could work. "It would be easier to show you what it does, rather than tell you." she gestures to the cleared work desk. "I want you to try to lift this desk as high as you can."
She says 'try', but it should require just a bit of effort for the teenager to lift the 40 lb desk over his head.
no subject
So quietly making his way over to the desk, studying it for a moment and checking that it is in fact a normal desk. He leant over slightly, checking underneath before knocking on it. So far it looks and sounds like a normal desk, so it wouldn't hurt to be able to at least try to lift it, even if he believed it would work.
He soon lightly clasped the front of the desk and thinking that him trying to lift this would just end up making him look rather silly, but when he went to lift it, he didn't think he would actually do it, so when it raised up, he nearly fell over.
Him being surprised would be an understatement, he was downright surprised and confused. "Um, uh... I...Did it"
no subject
"Of course you did. The Goku Uniform is capable of bringing out your inner potential. However, you are not much of a physical fighter, your mind is a more suitable weapon for you. This uniform will better aid you mentally, but to a limited degree. You should be able to work a little less than twice as fast as you could before." of course, the true explaination is more complex than that, but she deems him not ready for more than the basics. "The uniform is made of a material from my world called 'life fiber'. Right now you are only capable of wearing a small amount. As you strengthen yourself and the fibers deem you worthy, you will be capable of wearing more without bringing harm to your body."
".. Feel free to place the desk back, Fujisaki."
no subject
"Ah, sorry." He carefully places it down with up most care as it wouldn't be very nice to simple slam it down. "So... Um... Is it okay to ask why it's called life fibre?" She had been rather curious as to the naming of such a thing, but he would understand not getting an answer.
After a brief moment he realized he should get changed as he headed once more to where he got changed and his clothes still were neatly folded.
"I mean, it's defiantly something that is special, but I never would have guessed clothes could do such things."
no subject
With the desk back in place, Satsuki continues as if nothing out of the ordinary happened. It isn't obvious but she is extremely pleased, as she wasn't certain if Chihiro would come out of that free of side-effects. "Of course," she replies, "This is a very crude comparison, but think of it like mold: life fibers are a living organisms that live off bio energy and are capable of altering their hosts DNA. I cannot describe the process in exact details, but that is how where your new strength comes from."
"Your uniform has very little life fiber material, about ten percent, and it appears your will can tame that much. At present I am not confident you could handle twenty percent right now- that much would risk becoming a monster." And (hopefully) before Chihiro freaks out, she adds, "My own uniform is made completely of life fibers."
no subject
Although what she said afterwards had him surprised. "Completely? That must mean you have a very strong will." That actually calmed him down as instead of being scared, he felt comfortable. That was impressive and he couldn't help but admire her a little.

Satsuki fiddles with one of the drawers of the desk, which she removes a chip from which she then place into another device- It's slender, and flat like a smartphone but it's purpose isn't immediately obvious. "But I am getting ahead of myself; one step at a time. And I would offer to redesign it to your school's uniform, but this will be the design used in the academy I am building. The final thing I need are your measurements."
no subject
"I promise that I will work as hard as I can." He said for once with determination, more than the young man would have had before. Since he arrived here he felt that his confidence had been growing and this just proved that he had and he was somewhat thankful to this place for it.
With the mention of measurements though. he knew he wasn't exactly ready to admit to one secret of his, so holding his arms close to his chest he started getting a little fidgety with his fingers. "I can always give you my measurements. I mean I know what they are at least."
no subject
With that, she notices the fidgeting and her neutral expression falls to a frown. Following a moment of silence, she nods in agreement and hands over the device. It is clicked on and a holographic screen forms, with a virtual keyboard at it's bottom. "Very well, enter the data here. And remember that I am only having this tailored once."
no subject
"That's certainly an interesting keyboard." His hand reached over it and it wasn't long before he figured out how it worked and entered his measurements. Seemed simple enough and he remembered them by heart anyway.
"Th-There you go. Would it be okay if I got changed back now?"
no subject
"Ah, this? I do not really know the specifics, but it is something that is produced here in Nova City. There are all kinds of rather advanced electronics about- I confess it is a bit difficult for me to keep up with it all." once the information is recorded, she takes a glance before putting the device on stand-by. "And yes, of course. I will have it tailored to match your measurements, and it should be ready in four or five days."
no subject
"There you go, I made sure they were neatly folded too."
But for the advanced devices it did ping the young programmer to think about maybe saving up money to be able to live here and fiddle with what they have, see how they work in hopes it could work for his own projects.
"If there anything you would like me to do now, or is this all?"
no subject
Satsuki doesn't get to putting the clothing away just yet, and takes a moment to think if she had forgotten anything. Eventually she shakes her head, "I believe that should be all for now, Fujisaki. There is work that I will need to tend to shortly, so this is a fine stopping point. Unless you have any questions yourself, you are free to go."
She did notice his interest, however. "Ah, one last thing. Once your clothing is prepared perhaps we should visit some of the electronics shops- I am sure you will find your laptop will need several upgrades at that point for your work on this building's electronic locks. I will front the bill on it."
no subject
"I, uh..." That was right, he remembered he was suppose to help with the locks. His laptop wasn't equip for that fully. Sure his AI could actually handle it but even he would take quite a while to finish.
"You don't need to, I mean the AI I have no my laptop should be able to unlock locks even if it might take a while."
no subject
She remembers the AI, of course, but she has no idea how one improves upon it's intelligence. She would have guessed better technology would aid, but Chihiro knows better than her on the subject. "Very well, then. You are dismissed."
no subject
"I hope to see you see." He said as he stood up straight and was soon heading off.
