[It was evening when the moon turned dark. The skies went from clear to cloudy as if another storm was brewing over Fayren. When almost all of the shimmering stars within the night sky were smothered with shadow, a slither of light curled around the dark moon as the first lunar eclipse took place. As the silvery moon slowly revealed itself again, a bright beam of light crashes right into the center of the coliseum.]

Those foolish enough to challenge the Divine---

[Within that pillar of light stands the silhouette of a monster several feet tall with glowing crimson eyes.]

Step forward.

[As the bright light begins to fade, Tsukihito's fearsome form is revealed. Despite supposedly being a white fox, this celestial looks more wolfish in appearance with a strong maw and fangs that look like they could pierce steel. It's eyes shine like rubies and the odd red markings upon its fur shimmer with absurd brilliance. The monster's many tails sway erratically behind him as it crouches low upon all four.]

All those who challenge me will be met with death!

[Hear that Fayren? Either stand before him or take the knee. Tsuki--no, Tsukuyomi has made his declaration loud and clear.]

[She just keeps watching him. Perhaps with her being in front of him, he can smell that she's not human.. that she is something that belongs to the water and equine in nature with the hint of blood beneath it all. Li growls back as she stands her ground.]

What can I say? Your type really piss me off.

So, you would allow your anger to guide you into an early grave?

[Tsukuyomi tosses back his head and laughs. It's not one of his haughty snickers but rather a bark-like laugh that is gut wretchingly awful in every aspect of the word. It's a maniac laugh, one that heralds the erosion of whatever sanity the fox deity possesses.]

IDIOT!

[The fox slams his paw down with enough power to cause thd ground to quake beneath them both.]

I don't care what you are! You will die here along with everyone else who dares to defy my will.

My anger is more useful than you think.

[Considering it's what has kept her alive the last few centuries.. The feel of the ground beneath her trembling did make her sway slightly but, she managed to keep herself standing easily enough. ]

I don't die that easily so go a head and try it. If a witch can't kill me with her curse, you sure as hell aren't going to manage it either.

[Moments later she was taking off, straight for him. Her speed rivaled that of a horses as she raced in to try and punch him.. if she landed, well... hope he liked feeling like he'd been kicked by a whole herd of horses. ]

So you claim----[Before Tsukuyomi could even finish speaking, this harlot actually lands a punch upon him. Not just any punch but probably the most powerful one she could muster in that pathetically weak form she's in. The monster is stunned momentarily, its bones cracking a little under the might of her punch. She managed to catch him right in the jaw just when he reverted back to human.]

...Imbecile.

[Without warning whatsoever, Tsukihito reaches for the woman's arm and violently twists it back with just a fraction of his might. The deity might look like some frail little boy in this form but he's far mightier than he seems.

Li's about to find that out for herself.]

[At least with him being human, the fight's a little more even. At least, Li was hoping as she clenched her teeth as he grabs her arm and twists it back causing pain to radiate from her arm. She growls and then lashes out with a kick.

If he thought the punch hurt, her kicks were even worse and coming in rapid succession as she aimed for his leg, trying to break it with her strength. Really, in this form all Li had going for her was speed and strength and her endurance. Li could take a lot of punishment but, even she had her limits...]
