A: Zamasu vs. The Hologram: Bad Lifechoices
[The look on Zamasu's face is one between surprise, annoyance and confusion when he makes his way outside of The Bay. After he has checked the items inside the box he cannot make any other conclusion that someone is expecting him to live here for a while.
As if he were a mortal's equal.
At first he thought that Gowasu wanted to test him. That the old man thought it would be a good lesson for him to stay amongst mortals so he could understand them better. But alas, even something aggravating like that is not as horrible as the truth.
Kidnapping.
So allow him to glower at the yapping mortal on that hologram because, honestly, that is downright sinful. And he is not the type of god who takes kindly to the sins of mortals. And especially not when said sins are aimed at his godly person. Gods are above mortals to begin with.
And anyone can see how his right hand starts to glow all up until the moment it has the shape of a sword. He is quite ready to destroy this mortal and the thing she calls 'Schnee Company'. Whether if it is a good idea? Probably not.]
B: Flying around, trying to get home, finds Everglade instead
[Zamasu thought he had mastered the art of teleportation. Well, if he did it sure is not working here. And flying around at high speed is not making things any better for him. There are just cities and smaller towns. All tell-tale signs of advanced mortal life.
Absolutely disgusting.
Finally he lands on the rooftop of a higher building that stands in one of the smaller towns. It is getting dark outside and the streets seem to get foggier with every second that passes. It is the most quiet town he has seen so far and finally he decides to jump down, landing on his feet with absolute ease.
Zamasu finds it difficult to sense anything and for a moment he just stands there, looking around himself…]

Everglade
Who the hell are you?

Is that the way you greet a god, mortal? With you weapon drawn, trying to kill him?
[The look on his face is one full of disdain.]
Do you have any idea what the consequences are of a sin like that?
no subject
[She twirls her dagger before putting it away for the time being.]
Besides, you do realise if one dies here they'll just come right back. So really, thinking that will end me will just be laughable.
no subject
Are you trying to say you are equal to me?
[He takes a menacing step closer.]
I have not spoken about death but I do not mind killing you multiple times for such disrespect. [Even though he has never killed a mortal before. It is still a bit of a taboo.]
no subject
[But she knows, in this case, it would be more of a case of someone who would be on her hit list more than anything.]
And yet no matter how many times you would Still would think your an asshole.

Gods and mortals are not equal.
[His eyes narrow. They are even worse up close. All without respect, all foolish and reckless. So very deserving of his scorn.]
All you should know is your place in the cosmos. [A silence.] Beneath filth.
no subject
It's just other peoples naive to see such a thing usually becomes there downfall.
[She isn't changing her smile anytime soon. it's what she knows as fact more than anything.]
no subject
[Really, there isn't. Especially since Zamasu feels quite happy being one.]
And no one else than a god can punish a mortal for their sins. [And really? What evolution might that be? He knows evolution quite well. When animals become intelligent enough to create their own society and culture, when they become filthy, brainless mortals]
Therefore your statement is pointless.
no subject
[She shrugged slightly.]
I've punished many a sinner for their crimes. Anyone can do it. Not for eternity, but at least until they die. So my point still kind of stands.
no subject
[The idea...]
They are blind to their shortcomings. Only gods can judge them properly.
[It is simple math, come on.]
no subject
[She paused for a moment.]
I assume you mean the whole short life span thing?
no subject
[He knows this. It is not that he has ever spent any time with a mortal but he knows this.]
Gods can judge whenever they want. Do you truly think that all gods focus on the afterlife?
[Zamasu shakes his head slowly.]
No. It is because gods stand above mortals. And their judgement is the only judgement that truly counts.
no subject
[She soon removed her dagger, she was just going to polish it for the time being.]
Which I guess means gods didn't exist in my world so there was no one to make that oh all-important judgement, right?

At least those are the stories. But no afterlife. You just die and poof, the soul is gone until next time. Unless it gets eaten, then you're just forever gone.
Soul eating is a thing back home. For those who can't eat it to survive use it to see the life of the soul. Sort of like a drug really.
