[Anyone who’s spoken to Bulla for more than five minutes will know that there’s something off about her when she turns on the network post. The small smile she offers the network doesn’t reach her eyes and seems to be more of an automatic gesture rather than a sincerely happy smile.]

The Dream Docks sure are interesting. I thought I'd get memories of home, but instead I got memories of another world.

[That’s one way to describe all the memories that have flooded her mind. Memories that somehow happened at the same time as other ones.]

I’d love to hear from anyone who has multiversal experience. This is now multiverse number three for me. Weird, huh?

Hey Allen. I'm not injured, but...um. Some of the memories from the other multiverse I was in were pretty bad. Some of them were good. It's also just...a year and a half. That's a lot.

It's possible. Most people who use the Dream Docks come back with memories of their own worlds, but that's not what happened in my case.

I can speak to awareness of two parallel worlds, where events played differently based on my own actions. However, this isn't a very positive one.

The topic of the multiverse caught her attention enough to respond, and although she noticed the young woman's body language, she didn't call attention to it just yet, only giving her a subtle glance of worry ]

Three? You must travel quite a lot to have visited so many while being so young.

I've been to many in the past. It was part of the career I once had, and the multiverse was the center of it all.

It hasn't been intentional, but I've had a lot of adventures in those multiverses. Especially the wings place. The world where I went to military school wasn't as dangerous.

Before I came here I was recruited by an old dude to join up with a bunch of other people from dimensions like mine. We fought a guy who could absorb and copy monsters and then who successfully absorbed the whole planet and everyone on it.

I met two people from the same universe but from different points in time, and then I went inside a giant claw thing to power up someone else. The whole thing gave me a headache.

Then I did it all over again to help yet another version of one of the guys I met fight a really powerful knight. Still not sure what all that was about.

[Given that nobody from her world is from the same point in time as her here, she can completely relate to that portion.]

But also quite an adventure, and one that would have prepared you for dealing with some of the weirdness in places like this.

Does it feel weird not having wings? I'm sure that feeling will fade soon, but after getting all those memories, I keep glancing back and checking for them.
