NEWSPAPER - BIWEEKLY EDITION
[Did you subscribe to The Genessia Tribune? Did you even remotely wish you had a newspaper or some other form of media to refer to for news, weather, and current events? Then you're in luck! There's a paperboy riding through the streets of Genessia flinging newspapers onto doorsteps or, if you're unlucky, through your window. Even remote locations in the other cities will still get a paper if one of the residents ever wanted one. The Paperboy is just that dedicated.]

The Five Cities in Hot Water
In a bold move, bodyguard to Nova City's mayor, Neopolitan, has submitted a lawsuit to every city, something never heard of before. The lawsuit claims each governing office is responsible for the lack of resources for those that rely on sign language as their only mode of communication, which unfairly puts them at a disadvantage to the rest of the public. She's asking for a compensation of five million redbills from each city, intent on using the funding to either create a company to make better devices or significantly upgrading what's available now. When asked for a comment, Neopolitan simply said to wait for their day in court.
Red vs Green
A hunter came across a violent scene in the Fayren forest. The bodies of Red and Green Drakes were discovered in a small area. Deep examination of the scene wasn’t required to figure out what happened. It’s clear that the packs each came to clash with each other, with the Green Drakes migrating into the Red Drakes area which lead to a fight.
It’s not clear how many of each breed survived the fight, but creatures getting into fights like this isn’t out of the ordinary. Both breeds are extremely aggressive, especially to invading species on what they deem to be their territory. The bodies were left where they were, excluding the ones that were removed for wound examination. It’s believed that the deaths of the creatures will do more to nurture the cycle of nature than anything else.
RE: The Five Cities In Hot Water
The courts of Genessia, Attleton and Nova City declined to hear lawsuits filed by Neopolitan which cites the governing cities not providing resources for those that rely on sign language. The governing offices are not responsible for providing technology that assist in helping those that only communicate via sign language.
However there are many companies in each city that provide options within their technological restraint for those differently abled which does include various type of text-to-speech options with Nova City having a device small enough to fit on your wrist. Some hospitals in Nova City even provide medical implants to link to a device to speak hands free.
Fayren and Everglade courts have also declined to hear the lawsuits as they themselves lack any other means to accommodate people who have sign language as their only means of communication other than providing classes.

Venomous – Two people have been found dead in their homes after being bitten by venomous snakes. Examination of the home shows that someone broke in and left the snake only to later retrieve it after the deed has been done. A level 2 payment is being offered for their capture.
Nova City
Martial arts robots – A robotics engineer created five combat robots that utilize martial arts. He has used them to pull off heists. A level 2 payment is being offered for his capture.
Everglade
Beauty Burns – A magic user has tampered with the makeup of several women in Everglade. After wearing the makeup for an hour, it starts to burn the woman wearing it. A level 2 payment is being offered for their capture.
Fayren
Hounds Lost – The puppies of a domesticated Dire Wolf have been stolen. The puppies of the wolf were all albino. The couple noted that a woman made an offer to buy them and became agitated when they turned her down. A level 1 payment is being offered for their return.

Spiked – A murder has been killing people by driving railroad spikes into their heads. A level 3 payment is being offered for their capture.

Several executives along with their CEO are found dead by one of the sanitarian workers in their offices of Grey Estate Company in Nova City on Friday night after a yearly fiscal meeting. Two of these victims, Randy Nye and Jarod Waldroup, were known for their philanthropy efforts in Nova City such as minor support for orphanages and funding future developments of the robots and self-defense weapons. However, during the investigations, police found several pieces of evidence of money laundering and several photos of Nye and Waldroup abusing their employees. Forensics also reported that they found several bullet wounds on their head and chest, suspecting that it was murder. However, they also reported that there were no signs of bullets at the scene. We will report more as the story develops.

Unlogged Bounty Summary:
Homura confronts the murderer as he attempts to kill someone again. She tries to engage him in hand-to-hand at first, but the speed and railroad spikes were a tad bit tougher than she thought. The tide turns when he keeps taunting her into using all of her power. Realizing the level of brutality many might see, she uses her shinobi barrier to hide their presence, and proceeds to beat up the criminal with ease, slashing and destroying his rail spikes with ease. Once the barrier is gone, she carries the unconscious body to claim her reward. Damage to the area was kept to a minimum.

Unlogged Bounty Summary: Upon the permission of bank owners in the area, Ted set up a thread network so he could appear at any of them upon the next heist. Then he played the waiting game!
Once they showed up, Ted swallowed them into the void so he could have some alone time with the robots and learn their moves. They were given to whatever mechanic Nova City PD has on retainer to bring their creator to justice.
