Citizens of Genessia, it has been a while, and things have been calming down rather nicely. However, I find myself with increasing amounts of time on my hands. As they say, idle hands are the devil's playground. As such, I think I'm going to begin offering my services and the services of my robots to provide security around the city.

Honestly, I have no idea. I am not skilled in robotics, the machines that came with the tower when I summoned it were already pre-programmed by my employees in my own world. All I know is that they follow orders, and they get the job done.

So they've been programmed that way, but it's not an AI at least since they aren't learning as they go, am I right in assuming?

As it was explained to me, they adapt rather than learn. They can make judgement calls within certain parameters, but are not self-aware.

It is as close to being an AI without being one. But it has it's advantages at least, which is good.

Can I ask if I can see them myself. I-I'm learning as much as I can about robotics for some things I'm working on.

I suppose that would be acceptable. After all, any improvements to their performance would only serve to enhance the services they provide.
