[When Gellert impales himself, Albus' head lolls back, a deep gasp yanking out of him. His fingernails scratch lines into Gellert's skin, still gripped firmly to his hips, and his waist shoves up into him as far as he can go.]

[And he won't mind a bit. Already he is dizzy with pleasure and he wants more, wants to go until every inch of their bodies aches from possessing each other fully.]

[He feels some of his wild panic subsiding at long last and he caresses Albus's skin too, stroking over his side.]

You will do what is right by your conscience. I know you far too well.

[Albus continues to touch him as soothingly as he can, his hands running over him in slow movements to ease the franticness thrumming under his skin.]

My conscience knows as well as the rest of me who I belong to.

[He can't help smiling at that answer and he raises himself, pressing their lips together for a slow, loving kiss.]

It won't be as torturous for you if we are not at odds.

[Albus accepts the kiss with a low sigh, his fingers flexing and squeezing Gellert gently.]

I have no desire to be fighting with you. I hope the same is true for you.

I don't want to duel you ever again. One time was painful enough. [He frowns and tucks himself back against Albus, resting his cheek against his shoulder.]

[There is a sadness in Albus' eyes at that, at the future he knows Gellert has seen. When Gellert tucks himself closer, his arms follow, holding him in tightly.]

We won't. We've changed things now. We need not ever be at odds again.

[He wishes he could dissolve into Albus's skin and become one with him. Then he could hold the soul he loves so and never worry about anything or anyone harming it.]

Are you still angry with me?

No, love. Not anymore.

[Albus leans his face to press a warm, lingering kiss to his mouth, a long attempt at proving his feelings. When they part, he looks Gellert in the eye as he speaks.]

All I want now is for the two of us to have peace together. I want us to be happy and together more than anything else.

[He loses all sense of time and being in their kiss; it feels as natural as breathing to return Albus's love. Gellert thinks that he could happily spend an eternity by the other man's side, kissing him and sharing his thoughts with him. But it matters to him if Albus is still hurt or angry. He wouldn't blame him if he was, but if there is some way to heal it, he will do anything.]

Love is a feeling of passion and peace. I need to learn more about the latter.

[Albus smiles a little at that, lightly stroking his hand down the side of Gellert's face, as if tracing his features to memorize them.]

I will help you ever step of the way, if you wish to learn it. I will be here by your side always.

I do, but you know how restless I get. [A trait aroused by an uncertain, sometimes downright agonizing past. But Albus is his pain's opposing force and if anyone can teach him peace, it's him.]

I know you do. [Running his fingers through the curls at the side of Gellert's head, he murmurs:] But I will be here to aid you in that as well.

[Gellert relaxes at the first touch, calming as if Albus has cast a spell over him.]

Will you knock me out for some peace and quiet?

[Albus huffs a small laugh at that, but his fingers never strop trailing over Gellert's face.]
