[Kairi was admittedly a little glad that her training was over and done with. It meant she could now help out a lot more than she could have been able to before, which wasn't an awful lot, to begin with. But what she wasn't glad about was waking up in a whole new world completely and no sign of the others.

With a little sigh, she moved to grab the stuff she had been given and left the Bay, finding herself soon watching the hologram, taking in its words. So she really was in another world?]

I guess if I am here for a while I should maybe explore, see what this world is like and hope there aren't any heartless or something.

[With a small nod of the head she headed off to explore the world.]

Action | Fayren
[Fayren seemed to be a magical place both figuratively and literally. Kairi had made it to the forest, choosing to explore and see what the place had to offer and it wasn't long before she spotted an animal. She wasn't sure what it was exactly it was as she had never seen such a thing before, but she found herself kneeling down instead of running away and extending her hand out.]

Hello there... You can come out you know, I'm not going to hurt you.

[She put on a reassuring smile to the creature as slowly but surely it started to come out towards her. Anyone who might come across her might either think she is about to be attacked, or she is managing to handle it in her own way.]

[It took Kairi a while before she switched it on, having had a fun adventure in other cities, but now she figured it was best to introduce herself to everyone.]

I assume that this device connects me to others with the same device, correct?

[Because that made logical sense really.]

My name is Kairi. It is nice to meet you all. I've explored some of the cities here and it seems like a peaceful place... [She paused if for a moment.] But is that always the case?

[She couldn't help but smile. She was glad there was at least someone here that she knew.]

Just before I found myself here I did. [And she felt more confident in her abilities at least.] I'm glad you are here at least and I'm not alone or anything.

For me? Over a year and a half at this point. This place can grab people from any place and any time.

[Hence the confusing timelines.]

No worries about me not getting to complete our training though; if and when it sends me back, I'll be put right back where and when I was taken from.

And I am sure that you'll be able to complete it should you ever go back. [Because she is already aware of that factor.]

Yep. I had another friend here for awhile to train with too. And while we thankfully don't have a problem with Heartless around here, I have had a few chances to get some real fighting in too.

Most people seem to be all right here. I don't think I've met anybody I'd say was heartless.

That's good that people seem to be all right and not heartless... But I guess that means Heartless aren't around in this world. [She figured that perhaps she should at least explain.]

Heartless in my world are creatures that are born from the darkness in peoples hearts. They come in various forms because of that, but I only really have seen the one kind.

Oh. Uh...well, Everglade seems like the sort of place where you'd find creepy crap like that, if it was going to be here. Maybe Fayren.

[He'll stick to being around cities like Attleton and Genessia primarily, kthx. Although he'll admit some of the tech in Nova City is pretty cool.]

I guess I'll look into Everglade. might as well see what each city has to offer after all.

[She will probably do that later more than likely.]

I guess they'd be fun to light on fire, but Everglade doesn't seem like a great place to live.

[It had actually been a while since Hikari had come across a new face that actually looked close to her age, let alone another girl close to her age. So while Mimi had always been the more social of the Chosen, she couldn't resist the urge to respond to the sweet message.]

It's a pleasure to meet you as well, Kairi. I'm Hikari.

This world...it's not always peaceful, unfortunately, but it's still very safe here, if that's what you're concerned about. [Her smile softened a touch.] And the people here are very kind.

[Well having peaceful moments despite other situations is always a good thing. After all, it could be much worse than that.]

I will remember that. it's nice to know this world has it's peaceful and calm moments regardless of what happens in between.

[There was a subtle hesitation to her question; she didn't want to come off as rude or making too many forward assumptions. She was just curious if Kairi was lonely.]

Ah, no. it seems like a couple of people I know are here with me.

[Which she was honestly happy about, esepcially since one was a very close friend of hers.]

Is that something that normally doesn't happen then?

That's good.

I'm not sure about 'normally', but I know it can happen. When I first woke up here, my best friend was waiting for me...but he'd already been here for a few months on his own before anybody else we knew showed up. I still can't imagine what that must've been like for him.
