How educational.

Things have been learned. The experiment went okay.

If only no one had emotional attachments prior. Those got in the way, didn't they?

Tell me, humans. Why do you bother holding on to memories that cause you pain? Would you not rather wipe those memories away? It is still not understood. Fear is a great power, that has been learned, but why? Why remember if it is frightening?

Humans would be stronger if only they would forget. Right? That part, I still do not understand. Perhaps another experiment will be necessary.

No, but they are closely tied together, at least where I'm from. And emotions are the more durable of the two; even magic that removes access to memories can't completely get rid of the emotions attached to them.
