Reality Check
Who: Nonon and anyone who can tolerate talking to her.
What: After coming to realize that she was not all that 'elite' in a city not controlled by Satsuki, Nonon engages in something she never thought she would have to: part time work.
Where: Around Nova city. Perhaps you might encounter her leaving her job or if you are musically inclined you might meet her on the job instead.
Originally upon waking up in her pod, Nonon had been enthusiastic about what had happened. Sure, things weren't quite what she was used to with the change of setting. But she had Satsuki, and Gamagori had always been the least annoying of the other three members of Satsuki's elite. But as the days dragged on, she came to a conclusions she did not like. Here, there was no Honnouji Academy. Back home, the school had been the center of the city. Everything revolved around it, and everything revolved around Satsuki. The way it SHOULD be! But here, that was not the case. Here, she was not one of the most powerful people in the entire city. Here, she did not have hordes of girls flocking to be the next person she called a minion. Here, she was just a small girl with few marketable talents. Sure, this would change once Satsuki's plan got underway, but that would take time. It would likely take years. And in that time, she could not just sit back and do nothing. Already here money was already close to running out. She had too much pride to leech off of Satsuki when the woman herself was not completely secure yet. It would be different if she already had the power she deserved, but to expect Satsuki to support her how things were was a complete impossibility in her eyes.
And thus the great job hunt had begun. For someone with an attitude like Nonon's, it had not been easy. She had already been through several of them, always unable to tolerate customers who 'back talked' her. Her leadership skills had been of little use because she couldn't last long enough to get into a position where she could use them! Currently she had found a somewhat tolerable job working at a store that specializes in something she actually was quite familiar with, musical instruments. The manager had not been impressed by her clearly snooty attitude, but when she seemed to know everything ever about anything he could ask her, she got the job anyway. So far, it had lasted. Her shift was coming to a close, and she wasn't even pretending to not watch the clock. How could people do this sort of thing? Every day? Hopefully it wouldn't be too long until Satsuki's plans started moving, having to live as a normal person was enough to drive her batty!

It wasn't every day that he came to pick her up after work, but, he figured she'd deserved it once in a while at least. Especially after managing to keep the job for this long.

She hadn't been expecting Gamagori, but she'd recognize that rather unique ride anywhere. She heads right for it, opening the door and plopping down in the passenger's seat. "This sucks." She doesn't hesitate to start complaining the moment she settles in. "Its necessary, but it sucks." The worst wounds were, of course, to her pride. There was only one person she wanted to serve, and it sure wasn't the chump that owned this store!

"It is far from favorable, however, it is the best way to help Satsuki-sama with her plans. It shouldn't be long though, before she makes her move."
With that, he goes quiet for a moment, pulling up to a stop light, and allowing a rather awkward silence to hang in the air.

She doesn't seem content to let that silence hang in the air forever, though. "That's a nice way of putting it. I hope you're right. It sucks, having to act like I care about what these people want. I swear if I have to deal with one more stupid school kid coming in wanting an instrument they don't understand anything about, I'll cut someone." Thankfully she isn't serious. Probably.

On a whim he took a turn that took them off of the main road back to Satsuki's penthouse. "Would you like something to drink?"

Of course Nonon was really only close to Satsuki. She thought of the other three as trusted allies, but she couldn't admit to herself that they were also her friends. But they were. She couldn't deny the wisdom in Ira's words. That fact was proof in itself that they were close. If almost anyone else said that sort of thing to her, she would have brushed it off right away.
A sigh escapes her, but its a different sort of sigh. Almost like she's letting herself relax. "That sounds like one of the best ideas I've heard out of your mouth in a long time."
At last! My chance to pester Nonon!
Things were no longer where she left them. Various instruments were put back in the wrong places. Things were removed off shelves, boxes stacked that weren't stacked before... fortunately nothing was getting broken, but its likely that her boss wouldn't stand for something like this happening.
It was then that a pair of glowing green eyes became visible, peeking up over the edge of the counter, watching her...
"Hello Miss! What are you doing?" Where the hell did she come from?
Oh god no!
Of course she would have never thought of the logical explanation. That a creature from Japanese myth had randomly decided to give her attention. That was just so logical of COURSE she didn't think of it. It should go without saying that she wasn't able to detect Koishi at first. But once she does, she whirls towards her immediately, hands clenched into fists at her side. She was small, and didn't look dangerous, but she had a lot of fire in her. Thankfully, she doesn't just lunge at the girl.
She relaxes a little when she notices it seems to be just a girl with odd fashion sense. A little, because the fact that she didn't notice her approaching at all doesn't go missed. Nonon hadn't made it so far by being trusting and careless. "Who are you?" Her voice is accusing, and filled with annoyance that one would not need to be a satori to see. "I'm trying to get everything in order so I can go home. How did you even get in here? I never heard the door open."
Oh God YES!
"Hello Miss!" Koishi reached out, shaking the musician's hand. "My name is Koishi Komeiji and I'm a satori youkai. I've been trying to get you to notice me for awhile. Mister Big and Miss White also noticed me before but you didn't. So I'm here now." Her third eye swayed from side to side, hovering a little in Nonon's space. Her hat might look familiar... She did sometimes leave it around Satsuki's house when she was hanging around there...
Its green and its small and its flying and looking at me
It should go without saying that she isn't nearly as thrilled to meet the girl as she seems to be to meet her. Her hand is taken, and shaken, before she even thinks to react. Its a good thing Koishi wasn't too dangerous, she was so caught off guard that she would have been hurt by an actual foe.
"You're a...what? What are you going on about?" She is, sadly, not as well versed in myth as Satsuki was. "Actually, I don't care. I'm trying to close up and..." Its about now that she actually registers the girl's words. Miss White and Mr. Big? She can figure out who is being spoken of. She doesn't know a lot of people in this city, and who else could she be speaking of?
"Are you some sort of stalker or something?"
8D.......... *staaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaare* Like an adorable green nightmare!
She seemed a little puzzled by the question, however, tilting her head and pursing her lips a litte. "No. I'm not a stalker. I'm Koishi! I wanted to see you because you like to spend time with Miss White too. She's such a nice lady. I'm bringing a bag of taffy over to her to share because she shares things with me too. It's really good to share things."
She clapped her hands, hopping once. "I just noticed Miss! Your hair is the same color as my sister's. I really like it It looks really nice on you." Now she was getting VERY invasively close, touching Nonon's hair without permission, trying to braid it.
Don't make me Mozart you. I'll do it!
What she CAN understand, sort of, is the explanation. Sort of. Being told that normally Koishi's kind can read minds but for some reason the little green haired terror herself could not was somewhat understandable. Somewhat. What was not understandable was why this mythical creature was in the store she was trying to close down, and why she seemed to know Satsuki and Ira.
"Miss....White?" It is almost impossible to leave Nonon speechless, but Koishi was doing her darndest to try. It, naturally, doesn't last. "I don't know what a satori or whatever is, but Satsuki-sama doesn't need some little weird green stalker bothering..."
She can't even finish berating the girl before hands are all over her hair. Her hair isn't all that long, so it'd have to be a short braid! But before the little satori can get much work done, Nonon takes a swat at her hand.
"I don't know your sister, and I don't know you! Don't touch me like that!"
For what its worth, she isn't trying to cause any harm, she just wants the weird girl to stop fondling her hair!
Not if I hug you first!
She seemed harmless enough though she wasn't really making much sense. None the less it was a big deal that she was following Satsuki around. No doubt bad things could happen if that were to continue...
She reached forward again and squished Nonon's cheeks. "Ah! You're such a cute human! You remind me of the village kids! And now you can see me too! I'm so happy!" Apparently Nonon's request to not be touched would be ignored completely...
Hugs?! But not even music beats hugs!
Being described as 'crinkly' isn't even something if she should be angry about or not. It was such a weird thing to call someone that it confused the petite girl more then anything else. Surprisingly, this actually seemed to calm her down slightly. Just slightly, though.
"Crinkly? What is that even supposed to m...cute? I'm not cute! Well, I mean I am I guess but...but...argh, you are such an annoying little thing. How could I not see you, you're doing your best to be the most obnoxious little twerp I've ever met!" If she keeps this up, it'll only be a few minutes before she shakes her cane and tells Koishi to get off her lawn. "And what is a devil maid? Actually, don't answer that, I'm not interested."
Therefore I win! *HUGS!*
"And most people don't see me. I have been in a lot of places with you and Miss White and you never see me. Even when I'm standing right there. It made me sad. But now you can see me and I'm going to work hard so you can keep seeing me. Okay?" The little youkai must really have been following Satsuki for a while now... "Maybe when I see Miss White later we can all have tea, okay? Miss White likes tea and I like tea too! Especially rose tea. Do you like rose tea?"

After a little while, he noticed a certain pink-haired girl closing up a music shop just down the road. It took a moment, but he soon recognised her; Nonon. Heading over, he offered a small wave.
"Well well well, we meet again~" he said cheerfully.
no subject
After an evening that was even more annoying then it could have been, seeing the face of someone like that wasn't even that bad. The girl recognizes him of course, but doesn't give a cheery greeting in response. Her response is, predictably, relatively unfriendly. "If you're looking to buy something, you'll have to come back tomorrow."
no subject
"Mais bien sûr, but I was simply going for a walk. It is good to stretch my legs again~" he said, "I see you've found somewhere to work, Mademoiselle?"
no subject
"For what its worth." The tone of her voice shows a clear distaste for it. "Its a way to make money until something better comes up." The way she speaks it does not sound like she means if, but when. "That apartment won't pay for itself, and I'm not about to be without one." She would never end up on the streets, but her embarrassment at being forced to beg off her friends would haunt her.

It was clear that Nonon did not appreciate the job she had at the moment. Still, if it was a stop-gap job, it was hard to imagine she could become too enthusiastic about it.
"What would your definition of 'something better' be?"
no subject
"Yeah, yeah, you're probably right. But we already have something in the works."
If Vyers had any sort of memory at all, he shouldn't have to ask who the 'we' in question was.
"But it isn't ready yet. So until it is, I have to keep doing stupid stuff like this."

A smile, not entirely pleasant, touches her face. "But you don't get them. If I went around telling secrets to everyone who I had a passing knowledge of, it wouldn't be long before I ruined everything. And if you think I'm going do that...well, I'm not. Still, it won't be a secret when we're done."
no subject
"Hmhm, well, I shall have to wait and see then. Although from what you have told me about Satsuki, I imagine it will be a grandiose plan, indeed," he said, chuckling a little. With Midboss' ego, 'grandiose' was certainly high praise.
