I took the liberty of securing a new guild headquarters for yo--... us. It's beneath the city of Everglade, and you can get there from the Lowerarchy's basement. The clientelle there is seedy and frankly unpleasant, but the inherent dark magic in the area should disguise our presence enough by hiding it in plain sight. I didn't include any defenses, because I thought Marde Guille would want to design those... though I did enchant the walls with my own magic, so that he will be able to affect them with his Alegria curse.

It didn't cost us a thing. I... called in a favor.

Yes. { He's not sure about Silver. A lot of demons frequent that bar, after all. } Though, I am not certain about sleeping arrangements, or what each room will be used for. I will tell you right now that this place is not as large as Cube.

It doesn't matter at all, Zeref-sama. I don't really need a room of my own, especially if Zeref-sama... thinks I could be acceptable company.

Oh, don't worry about that. I already noticed the beverage they call 'tea' here has nothing to do with decent tea. At all. [She eyes his untouched coffee and frowns.] I take it their coffee is not much better, hmm?

[Well if you have to ask... they thought she was cute and tried to touch her. So they were greeting by a dozen of sharp black feathers. Now they say 'Miss'.]

I wouldn't know. I only tasted it once before, in Exsilium. It wasn't much better, there.

{ Of course, a nuclear winter isn't prime conditions for coffee bean planting. Nor was the Initiative's greenhouse. }

Try to get along with Tartarus. They should be more accepting of you, since you are obviously not human, but be careful around them. My demons are still far from friendly. Even, in most cases, to each other.

{ And Marde Guille's weapon of choice are thin, thorn-covered vines that look like they're made of crystal. Sound familiar? }

[It's quite evident from what's behind her that she's retired back to where she came from. But she half-bows politely with a slightly tired smile.]

When you require 'special' living conditions, yes. Otherwise, there are many apartments in Genessia City, some of which are quite cheap.

If that's the case, won't your problem be because of lack of control? What you need to do is focus on controlling it through your own terms, right?

Can't you get someone to make some sort of limiter? Like something that can imprison your powers temporarily?

I am trying that now. Mavis is one of the few mages in my world whose level of power even comes close to my own, and she may be the only person who can create a barrier strong enough to contain it.

One of my demons also has a Curse who can restrain me, even if she detests the very idea of using it on me.

Do you trust these people enough to limit your powers though? What are the side effects if they do that?

I have no other choice.

At the very worst, they could become fatigued. I don't like to brag, but... it's a lot of power to restrain for a long period of time.
