[Hawks appears on the screen with a winning smile, and a relaxed stance. He's been hiding out for a while, laying low and observing the cities, trying to find his way here before making a move of any kind. And now that he's got a little more confidence behind him, it's finally time to make his big debut.]

Hey. It's your resident flying hero Hawks checking in, making sure that everyone knows I'm here and available. Very available. It's a hero's job to keep an eye out for both the big issues, and the mundane daily stuff. Both are important, so I'll be making my rounds regardless of how relaxed it is here. And boy, is it relaxed! This is practically a vacation.

[A startled cry can be heard offscreen, and Hawks tilts the phone so his actions can be seen. While he doesn't actually move from the spot, a large feather pulls from his wing and shoots towards a child who's falling out of a tree. Is it a potentially fatal fall? No. Something that could have left life altering injuries? Not likely. Is it something that could have hurt? Yes. So he uses the feather to stop the fall, supporting the kid until she reaches the ground safely.

She seems a little star struck. Hawks waves at the child, and then puts the focus right back on himself.] See, I'm not too bad to have around. Hit me up if you're in need of a little in the way of heroics. Or you just want to grab something to eat. I'm starving.

I try to keep tabs on people, especially familiar faces who can cause trouble. [A wink.] Not that you would ever.

I'm assuming you heard the group of us here, then?

Me? Of course not! I'm a perfect gentleman. I wouldn't stir up any kind of trouble.

[The smirk says otherwise, however.] Maybe the hidden powers behind Genessia want to start their own hero school. The staff is being collected bit by bit.

None at all. [Eyeroll] I've heard of some of the shenanigans you can get up to. [The 'young man' is unsaid but hangs there.]

Ha. That would be an interesting thing to do, considering the types of people this city has collected so far.

Just a couple of little things! Really. [And usually at Endeavor's expense.] Who's going to keep people on their toes if I'm here? It's going to be a lot less interesting back home.

[He pulls his hand up to rest his chin on, as if he's seriously thinking about something.] You know, I could always try the teaching gig. I'm twenty-two, I'm old enough to handle the work. [He doesn't want to be a teacher, and he's not cut out for it.]

Of course. [She likes you, you sassy little bird.] I'm sure the students we left behind will cause enough trouble... even if there's enough teachers left to try and keep them in line.

[A laugh.] No offence, but you don't come across as the teacher type, Hawks.

[He's pretty fond of her already. The sass is real, and he's so tired of stuffy people that won't play around. It's not going to be a problem having fun with her around.] I don't want to imagine how bad it is for the teachers stuck back there. There's a lot of extra work going on for the rest. And you got a real rambunctious group this time, right?

[He snickers at that, he really would be a terrible teacher. But he'd look great dressed up like one.] Nah, that's too much responsibility for me. I'd rather just fly free. Not that I wouldn't mind mentoring once in a while. I've got my eye on one of the students anyway. Can't wait to see him go all out.

Rambunctious is an understatement. Between the one trying to blow things up and the other breaking every bone in his body at least once... well, you can probably guess. [She's glad Aizawa gets to deal with them most of the time. They'd be napping a lot if she was in charge.]

Makes sense, you're still a young hero, so you have time to... fly... so to speak. [She does wince at her own pun.]

Oh? Which student?

Maybe it's a what doesn't kill you makes you stronger sort of situation. If they live long enough to make it to pro status they'll be pretty impressive. [He doesn't have a lot of hope for most of the ones he's looked over, honestly. But he'll be happy to be proven wrong.]

Hawks grins at the pun, at least she's playing along.] Plenty of time. I can nest somewhere when actually ready to settle down. For now, I'll keep my options open.
