 I wish I could say this isn't the strangest place I've woken up in, but, that would be a lie. 

[Don't ask. Washu's been through some interesting things lately and this was hardly the worst of them. She might even consider this a little vacation.]

Now, will someone be a dear and help a cute little girl like me try to figure out what's going on?

Yeah, we get that a lot. We have some back where I'm from, but they're mostly localized to one world, sorta like they are here. There's a place that provides for their... needs that would usually make them dangerous for humans to be around, so with that taken care of most of them are generally alright, as far as I know. Which means it's mostly just down to how you feel about them.

Interesting...I may need to check this out eventually. Maybe it will help me figure out how I feel about creepy undead creatures of the night. Now which city did you say that was?

Everglade. You can get there via the Western gate.

Though you may wanna check out the Commonspace and pick up a few basic necessities before you go doing any exploring. The ones running his place have a really rude habit of snatching people up without giving them time to pack so much as a toothbrush or a change of clothes.

I can direct you to a few places where I picked up stuff when I first got here though. Plus a place that has really good ice cream bars, because it's definitely warm enough out that you might want some.
