I feel like I should be more freaked out right now, what with being lost in another dimension. But it's just that there's just so much weird STUFF here that I'm feeling more excited than lost! I already found a real life medieval village! Is it time travel or just more different dimensions...?
Sorry, I'm rambling. The name's Tracer! Former agent of Overwatch and general nosy busy body. Who else is around here?

It's an ordinary day in Genssia, when tragedy nearly struck. Someone wasn't looking when crossing the street, and they ALMOST got hit by some asshole in a bright red sports car who was talking on his phone while driving. Whoever was about to get hit got pulled back onto the sidewalk a split second before the car roared past.
The chronal accelerator on Tracer's chest dimmed a bit as she made sure they (you?) were okay.
"You really ought to watch where you're going. That could have been real bad!"

braked suddenly (despite no one at the wheel) and...
...wait, what just happened? ]

Probably happens all the time around here, honestly. Cars so primitive that they have wheels probably don't have autopilot collision detection.
[She looked up at the yellow car with no driver.]
Maybe that one does...

What's Overwatch?
no subject
It’s an organization of exceptionally skilled individuals dedicated to keeping the world safe from exceptional threats.
Or at least it was.
no subject
It was? It doesn't exist any longer?

[Wistful sigh. Those were the days, before Blackwatch ruined everything. But Tracer was bad at staying in a bad mood for too long.]
Anyway, I’m an independent operator now! Doing the best I can with the people still around!

Action
But because he is so focused on stopping his creatures from hurting each other, he didn't see the red sports car hitting him, causing him to drop down and died from his injuries.
At least that was supposed to happen when a woman suddenly grabs him away from the car, much to Byakko's shock and relief. Seeing his savior, he sighs in relief.]
T-Thanks... I need to pay attention to where I was going...
[The small white tiger-dragon cub runs up to his summoner and growls in worry.]
Don't worry, Byakko. I'm fine... Sort of...
no subject
[But the asshole in the red sports car had already gone tearing around the corner and vanished. What an asshole.]
You alright, then?
no subject
[He then glares at Byakko, who became a bit scared upon seeing that his summoner is mad.]

After a while, you get used to it. It happens too often.
[But then a smile which shows her fangs.]
What's Overwatch? That sound really interesting! Also, Nice to meet you Tracer, I'm Flandre!

Okay okay the saving the world bit was before I joined up but I like to think I did some good for people too.

I dunno more than that though. It's all so strange and confusing. I'll still need a bit to get my bearings, yeah?
no subject
It takes a while. I've been here for months and I'm still getting used to the place.

Action
She was at least polite enough to wait for Tracer to see the fortunate NPC off before storming quietly over. Yes, it was a good deed. But- oh lord she had an aura of pinned time around her. She had to pause and lean on the wall for support again.
Of course, Tracer didn't know any of this. All she likely saw was a white haired woman in a maid outfit looking like she might faint.
Re: Action
"Are you alright?"
no subject
"... Oui. Please. A moment." A little curt. A little cold. And a prominent, but very clean french accent.
She took several deep breaths before straightening up. "Your sudden manipulation of time dragged me along. Your focus is far too wide. It is an unpleasant sensation."
