[It's high noon, and anyone paying attention to the skies over Fayren might notice something over the skies. It's definitely not a bird. Probably isn't a plane. It likely isn't even Superman. What it is remains a mystery... until a video feed pops on.]
[The feed is shaky, and static-filled, as Laharl is seen atop a great flaming rock, scarf whipping wildly in the wind, a look of near psychotic glee in his eyes.]
YOU ALL THOUGHT I COULDN'T DO IT, HUH? YOU THOUGHT I WAS JUST SOME DELUSIONAL KID, DIDN'T YOU!? WELL GUESS WHO'S LAUGHING NOW!
AAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
[The feed cuts off as the meteor descends over Fayren, looking to be roughly the size of a large house, and despite the feed being ended, his laughter seems to echo as the meteor streaks overhead and toward the mountain range in the distance, where it will land, explode, and Laharl will simply laugh on his way back to the apartment.]

Meteor Storm isn't on the Bard spell list. I use a different build and strategy.

[WHAT 4TH WALL!?]

Assuming the target's not immune to lightning.
[She's totally used to ignoring the fourth wall, really, so no worries there.]

What kind of damage are we talking about? Give me some numbers.

[She doesn't think to explain what the 'd' means.]
One full attack by a near-my-level minion would be four attacks. Besides their own damage - likely in the fifties on average base - I can add 9d6+9 to each attack, in addition to it being more likely to hit. And then cast Haste on them to add another attack.
It adds up fast.

You aren't even in the same galaxy, let alone ball park.

Your world obviously uses a larger damage scale than mine. Seems kind of unnecessary, when you think about it.
