Wherever you go, whatever you do
WHO: Orihime Inoue
WHAT: Fresh out of the hospital, Orihime stops by her apartment building to drop a letter off with Adam, then heads into Fayren for ADVENTUUUUUUUUUUURE
WHEN: October 14th, 2014 (backdated)
WHERE: Genessia / Fayren
NOTES: Slow on everything, so feel free to run into her in Fayren either previously or currently!
Orihime blinked, raising a hand halfway up to her face as she blinked in the bright sunlight. The constant aches and pains of her old injuries were no more, and she was deemed fit for release on the condition that she take it easy for a while. She could do that, she promised. It would give her an opportunity to take a fresh new look at the other cities, unmarred by violent hallucinations and free of distractions. With the turning of the leaves, the walking/strolling tour was sure to be beautiful.
She pulled her scarf around her throat, exhaling softly. It was starting to get cool, enough that she could see her breath turn to curls of white mist. There was no need for gloves quite yet; her fingers were bare, clutching to the folded letter she'd written two hours prior to her official release. She wasn't sure if Adam wasn't answering her calls because they were coming from a borrowed radio device that wasn't her own, or because he just didn't want to talk to her period. Either way, she couldn't get through, so she hoped he would read what she wrote and get in contact with her once she picked up a new radio.
As much as she missed Kodachi, Orihime had decided not to go home just yet. If she did, and Adam was still as furious at her as he'd seemed when they last parted, he would undoubtedly avoid his own apartment, and maybe even move out just to ensure they didn't cross paths. That was the last thing she wanted. She walked quietly down the hallway, tentatively reaching out with her reiatsu to see if he was home. He wasn't, and she heaved a sigh of relief. Orihime squatted on her heels, slid the folded letter under his door, and hastened away with a smile and a shaken breath.

Adam-san,
I'm sorry I made you angry. You're not wrong. I know he's done some terrible things. Maybe I thought I could influence him to change, maybe it was just the painkillers. Either way, it's not a good reason to start a relationship, just because I want someone to change. Who am I to think I would make a difference? It's a little egotistic, now that I consider it with a clear mind. I don't want to lose your friendship. It's more important to me than starting a new relationship, so I'll break it off if that's what you need. I hadn't thought my decision would upset you that much, but it just proves that I guess I don't know you as well as I wish I did. Can we fix that? Can we still be friends? Please call me when you get a chance. I should have a new radio with the same contact frequency by the time you read this. I hope you're okay.
Still Yours,
Inoue Orihime
P.S. I'm trying out the inn in Fayren since I haven't been there very much, so you don't have to worry about feeling awkward going back to your apartment!

Orihime had to admit that she was awestruck by the inn's first floor. The wooden boards beneath her feet were stained by a thousand drunken spills, pockmarked here and there by an occasional scuffle or bar brawl. The smell of a rich meat stew and freshly baked bread hung temptingly in the air, tempered by wood smoke emanating from the enormous crackling fireplace. At night, patrons would pull their chairs close to the fire to warm their joints, and exchange tales and gossip over mugs of frothy ale. She smiled, hitching the strap of her pack higher up onto her shoulder.
It was like something right out of a storybook! Maybe it was lacking in the modern conveniences she was accustomed to, like electricity and indoor plumbing but she had a feeling she was going to thoroughly enjoy this place.
"A room for one, please," she beamed at the innkeep, unfolding a few of the necessary red bills to pay for her stay. "I'll take a bowl of the mutton stew too. Thank you!"

"Did you bring some clothes to change into?" Orihime asked. "I thought I could stay for a week or two." Depending on when Adam replied.
If he replied.
Her smile faltered slightly at the thought, but the bowls of stew were brought out just then with big slabs of hot, crusty bread. Her stomach snarled impatiently. "Let's eat, I'm starving!"
