[When the video starts, it is of a closeup of a rather pale yet sharply dressed and handsome face that has been revealed to very few. He looks at the device with his throne towering behind him. And when he speaks, it is a very charismatic baritone, one that seems to echo and soothe all at once, despite the rage boiling beneath the surface.]
Good evening, Genessia. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Vlad Ill Tepes, however most would know me more readily by my nickname, given to me by humans who failed to grasp who and what exactly I am; Dracula.
I have recently found myself in this place, and have opened one of these "gates" talked of in the literature given to us that has provided me access to my other half, the castle that is as much a part of me as my own hand; Castlevania.
I am what you would know as a vampire. And I would like to extend an offer. To all those of inhuman origin, you need not suffer the slings of humans that would persecute you, and will find sanctuary within the walls of Castlevania. Likewise, you humans who have seen the filth and lies spread by others, the cesspool of hatred that permeates your kind, you I offer refuge from humans and the chance to surpass your humanity, to transcend your mortality, and become as gods among ants. Come to the gates of Castlevania and declare your intention, and the gates will be opened to you.
However, I offer this one warning; make sure your resolve is true, and your heart set. Castlevania is very much alive, and like all living things it has blood, blood that will weed out those unworthy to be within its halls.

I pity any foolish enough to submit themselves to your whims.

Just know that the gates of Castlevania would have opened to you with joy.

Oh I'm sure they would have... but at what cost I wonder. You may find I'm not easy prey either.

With all due respect, Laguz, you have not been hunted by something like me. You will know fear, I promise you that.

You are no threat to me, and I was content to leave you to your own devices. Yet if you continue to provoke me you abomination, I can assure you, you will regret it.

Anyone can demand faith. There are those that revere me as a god in my world. The difference is that I do not demand faith, I offer concrete evidence of my power.
[He laughs the most sarcastic of laughs.]
Oh, I do apologize oh great and fearsome Laguz. I do not wish to incur your wrath. The thousands of beasts and monsters who have been hunting creatures of far greater power than you for centuries will clearly be no match for a simple cat.
[He laughs again.] I doubt I would even need to dispatch Slogra and Gaibon to dispatch you if you stormed Castlevania's gates.

[Lethe just rolls her eyes at that.]
Please, do you really think I'd lay siege to your little fortress? I have other much more effective ways of dealing with the likes of scum like you.

Petrification and resurrection are rather common traits among my underlings. I remain unconvinced. Again, I am sure she is a being beyond the normal conventions of mortals, however, there is no such thing as an all-powerful being. Anything that draws breath can bleed, and die.
[He grins a bit.]
It would be less painful for you to charge the gates of Castlevania. After all, the Werewolf hunting packs that I allow to bring food back to the castle from time to time are hardly gentle, but are very careful to never kill before presenting their prey to me.

[Yes Lethe went that far, already growing tired of this vampire.]
That sounds like a challenge, and I assure you, your little pets are not likely to survive such a confrontation. Though I very much doubt you care either way.
