So we have to wait until he kills someone to go after him? Can't we just inform people that he's a notorious wanted criminal? When the Blue Spirit showed up, Azula made a post about it and everyone seemed to accept that he was a wanted criminal. No one's caught him yet, but no one's going to stop anyone from going after him. We can probably do the same with Torchwick.

The lines might have to be drawn soon and I'd rather not keep secrets from him, even if he doesn't feel the same.

If there's any information he could at least partly divulge that would give us a better path than where we are at the moment.
