Allow me to introduce myself. I am Kurama, from the world known as Earth. The odds of any of you realizing what that means are lower than I'd prefer, but I can work my way up once again. You still have idols, don't you? But since we're on the subject, for anyone willing to volunteer the information, what world are you from? Have any of you heard of Tokyo, Japan?

If you've reached the height of your potential as a performer you're looking at failing soon when people don't start seeing anything new. Maybe you should spend your time here looking for something to improve on.

You know it's incredible, it's like no one's even noticed I'm here. You would think with my status people would be begging to help but I guess that doesn't matter here.

You need to actually develop your status here before people are willing to help, believe me. Anyway, the city you're in right now if you're still where you started is called Genessia. It has fairly modern technology and is generally peaceful provided its citizens don't start anything. Unfortunately, it occasionally happens, but it is well protected. Genessia's Guardian is a woman by the name of Tepet Ejava and her Deputy Guardian is called Spirit. It's at the center of four other cities: Fayren, Everglade, Attleton, and Nova City.

Fayren has older technology and a harbor, along with typical magical creatures, blacksmiths, a royal family, the works. Its City Guardian is Princess Azula of the Fire Nation and the Deputy Guardian is Prince Zuko of the Fire Nation. As long as you stay in the city, you aren't in danger of getting attacked usually since they do a very good job, but if you go out into the wilderness there are things like dragons, ogres, all sorts of things. Same concept applies to the subarchways there. Incidentally, at the very least you'll meet the Deputy Guardian since he's who my +1 is going to be.

Everglade is slightly more modern, very foggy, and possibly haunted. The City Guardian there is named Yuna and her Deputy is a girl named Rikku.

Attleton is something like a small suburban town. There's a bit of street crime and it's pretty boring except for the Colosseum-- I'm sure you could go watch some fights if you'd like to, since you said you don't do it yourself. The City Guardian election was a mess recently and I think they had ties, so they're a little unprotected at the moment. [ ~~Since the announcement happened after Kurama's intro.. Oh well.~~ ]

Last is Nova City. It has the most advanced technology of each of the cities and therefore has the most booming economy and advanced lifestyle. There are aliens there, too, but I don't think there's anywhere for them to actually have left from so I hesitate to call them that. The City Guardian for Nova City is Satsuki Kiryuin, a very respectable military figure.

Incidentally, Genessia City itself is the only city that can't produce subarchways, which are paths to copies of the worlds of current residents within this world. All of the other cities can.

[He bites his nail while he processes the information.] You're dating a Prince? No wonder you've got connections. Out all the cities you mentioned, the only one that sounds remotely appealing is Genessia itself. I don't do small towns and as interesting as Nova City probably is, I'd rather not meet a bunch of aliens.

However, if you're ever the one to fight in the Colosseum, I wouldn't mind watching.

I have connections because I'm good at making them. The fact that I'm dating Zuko has nothing to do with him being a Prince or me being an heiress. And I only gave a brief description, but each of the cities do have their benefits.

[ She does have a particular lean toward Fayren on account of Zuko and Azula, but it also has a great fish market that she and Blake go to sometimes, for example aaaand the Vale archway is there. ]

I'll consider inviting you next time I go.

Fayren sounds far too old fashioned for my tastes. I have no desire to visit anything that sounds like it came out of a story book, regardless of the benefits. Besides, unlike people such as Zuko and yourself, if by some chance something did get into the city, I wouldn't be equipped to fight it.

I'll consider going.

I can't make you, but it is safe to go into other cities besides Genessia even for regular citizens. Besides, Genessia has the highest casualty rate when someone does elect to cause trouble here.

Does it? Good, that sounds more like home.

What type of world was your home? Or I should say, your version of Tokyo?

Compared to this, it was pretty mundane. It's basically what you'd expect of a city-- everyone is going somewhere, and it was pretty crowded, but we tend to be leading in the technology and entertainment aspects. It wasn't safe, but it was people you had to worry about. None of that supernatural nonsense.

I think you have to worry about people everywhere, regardless of the presence of... "supernatural nonsense." [ It's normal to her, it sounds strange saying things like that. ]

My point is it's pretty much the only thing we had to worry about. I can't imagine other things in addition to that.

Well, if I were you I wouldn't worry about it too much here either. There are people to take care of it, after all.

That's fine with me. I'll worry about more interesting issues, like what parties to attend and roles to pick from.
