 [It's taken Elsa a while to try to figure out how to use this communicator that she received because she didn't know anything like this back at home. At times, the feed might have turned on and off at random. Finally, she figured out how to use it, though she was still a little uncertain on how to properly work it.

Suddenly people will see the ice queen herself sitting somewhere in her ice castle. She let out a small sigh before starting to talk.]

I apologize for not formally introducing myself since I've arrived here. My name is Elsa and I am Queen of Arendelle. I've only arrived here recently... I'd say it's been about... maybe a week or two. As far as my castle goes, I would like to apologize if the sudden presence of it hinders anybody in anyway. I mean no harm by it.

[And then she seems to be a little nervous. What is human interaction even though this is not in person?]

It seems that I am required to find myself a job at some point, so I would like to inquire information concerning where to start and if there is anyone who is seeking help. I'm not sure what I'd be good at at the moment, but....

[Moving the device from herself,  she showed her ice castle and... check out that amazing view from the balcony! But enough of that as she turns the device to focus on her.]

As you can see, I have the power to control ice and snow. I am trying to better my control over my powers, but if that will help anyone in anyway, please let me know.

What do you think makes a good ruler then?

Well... You should have enough confidence to rule. You also have to feel compassion and generally love your people to do what you can to protect them. You have to give people a reason to feel the need to follow you.

There's a lot of different things that makes a good ruler, but that depends on who it is.

"Love? How do you love people you never really meet?" Koschei asked, confused. "In an ideal situation, people would follow the ruler due to intelligence and wisdom."

Of course, but if you don't care about your citizens, than you're not likely to want to protect them. You're more likely to use them more for your own gain when that's not what leading a kingdom is about or rather... should be about. Although there are people out there who have no interest in their peoples' needs rather than their own.

"I don't think caring is the same as love. Is it? A wise ruler should realize that keeping the people and land healthy will provide more riches in the long run, than open exploitation. You can't expect to prosper, if you don't do your job properly."

Not all rulers thing that way, unfortunately. There are those who don't care about the people and is in it for their own selfish reasons. That is a good thought process, but it really just depends on how you run your kingdom; May it be because of compassion and caring or through an iron fist.

"Well, iron fist is rather dramatic. After all, a good ruler should provide structure and order, don't you think?"

Of course. I'm just using that as an example. I personally don't care for that method, but I've dealt with someone who was like that myself.

Why don't you like it? Surely being firm and in command has its advantages for both the ruler and the people.
