Hey, hey--what's going on here? I'm supposed to be at practice right now.

[Kashima leans back from the camera, crossing her arms with a sigh. Frankly, she looks more frustrated than anything else.]

I promised senpai I'd be on time today.

[Your phone definitely does not have any answers for you, Kashima.] If I can't do anything, then...

[The smile she flashes could actually be causing sparkles to appear, but it could be a trick of the eye. Maybe.] If I'm here with you all anyway, then I should at least properly introduce myself! I'm Kashima Yuu!

[And as soon as his smile appears, it fades. He trembles, backing away from the screen, and bursts into tears. His words come out choked between his sobbing.]

Kashima--why! Why didn't you come here sooner! I needed you! I had to go on a date! And then I met a girl and held her hand! And I-I...

[It's too overwhelming and he can no longer speak, so he just makes an annoyed sound and curls up to sulk.]

[Some things never change. While Mikoshiba gets visibly frazzled, she smiles on the other side of the phone.]

[She smiles in return, head bobbing slightly in response. There's a delay between Fai's original reply and then her response, as she's been headed back to the apartment with Mikoshiba.]

I guess not. Mikoshiba told me time doesn't pass the same way here--I told him I'd seen him just at lunch today. It made no sense until he told me that this is just normal for here.

Time flows very differently, that is true and always interesting to say the least.

[He leans back slightly before looking off to the side. Once again talking while he should be working.]

But I assume that means you had someone here you knew, that's good.

[Yes she used the word "princess" and no it as no done ironically. Kashima's smile is just as genuine as it was before, leaning in towards the camera. She's still waiting for Mikoshiba to show up, so it's clear she's still sitting outside of the bay.]

We're here anyway--panicking isn't going to help.

[She nods slightly. Usually she hasn't seen that many people panic now that she thinks about it. She didn't when she first arrived, but that was for a very different reasons.]

That is true. But you still get some of those who do and sometimes something happens because of it. But at least you are okay with it.
