Hey, hey--what's going on here? I'm supposed to be at practice right now.

[Kashima leans back from the camera, crossing her arms with a sigh. Frankly, she looks more frustrated than anything else.]

I promised senpai I'd be on time today.

[Your phone definitely does not have any answers for you, Kashima.] If I can't do anything, then...

[The smile she flashes could actually be causing sparkles to appear, but it could be a trick of the eye. Maybe.] If I'm here with you all anyway, then I should at least properly introduce myself! I'm Kashima Yuu!

He won't admit that's what he wants. [She pauses, head tilted in thought.] He has a manga all marked up. Mikoshiba mentioned that people are supposed to feel for the heroine. So--

[Kashima smiles. At least she's enthusiastic and means well. That has to count for something, right?] I want to make that happen for senpai!

There are two things I don't understand--what in the world is a manga and what does the title 'senpai' even mean?

Manga is a sort of story, with pictures. A lot of people think they're just for kids, but a lot of times they have really involved stories. I saw senpai reading this one called 'Let's Love!', and he had all the pages marked up and everything.

[She tilts her head.] Senpai...is...he's my senior in drama club. It's kind of a term of respect.

Of course I do. I chose to go to Roman Academy because of his acting skills. His acting is amazing.
