Lastly came Winter cloathed all in frize
[There appears to be fog or steam rising up around the woman as she appears on screen, in reality it's because behind her is a field of ice leftover from when she froze the water coming out of the pod so she could walk across it without getting wet. Her hair is down, all adding the the abnormal lack of color and making the dark lips and shifting colors in her eyes even more obvious. Her eyes are only sort of in the direction of the screen because she is holding the brochure in her other hand, flipping it over to see if there is any more explanation for whatever god had the audacity to pull her away from what she was supposed to be. And only a god would have that ability because there was no way any humans even in large numbers could have managed the task against her will.]This is unacceptable.
[Gaze lifting from the device in her hand to the surrounding city the Queen looks... annoyed. Which isn't the best mood to have her in but isn't all that uncommon either.] Handmaiden. [Now that sounds more like a demand than a randomly thrown out word. And it is. She's calling for the Leanansídhe and is even more annoyed when the woman does not appear. She'd call for her Knight if she thought he wouldn't run the other direction just to be difficult, he generally had to be suborned into service. Her eyes narrow as she steps out onto a street with passing people and they barely seem to pay her any mind which is not common at all.] Creatures of this demesne, explain.
[And that's about the time things start going frosty all around her, it even crackles into the edges of the screen, icing up trees behind her and something cracks as it freezes so quickly then explodes in a shower of ice shards and wood. One of the lower branches of a tree off to her left side.]

If that is you, I would calm yourself somewhat if possible. It would not be wise to make yourself considered a threat immediately, especially if looking for information. [Unless, of course, you are one. in which case.... it looks like it's actually going to have to be Her job to intercede because everyone else right now, rather amusingly, seems to be otherwise indisposed by some of the posts that have started being made.]

It would be wise for someone to explain. Who communicates with me?
[She thinks it's perfectly obvious she's a threat. It is who she is. Now if she can be sated is another story entirely.]

What we know is summed up in the pamphlet. There are several unrelated and otherwise related searches for information going on, but as of yet there is nothing found. We're in a place too far removed from heaven for my full capacity to be reached, so none of us as yet are omniscient. And so far there have been several kidnappings, and people are highly on edge while they wait for their comrades to be recovered. That is the explanation, and I re-iterate it would not be wise to be considered a threat immediately if you intend us no immediate harm. God communicates with you, as for the last piece of information you requested. [Now calm your shit down before she has to come over there and sit you in a time out :|]

Kidnappings within kidnappings. How very excessive.
[Her eyes glint and she smiles slowly, a hint of sharp teeth visible for a moment.] I am as much a threat as you are.

[And as for the third...] I am one of four city guardians, don't like shoes and I like to party. [This is her way of laying the cards out: She's not a threat. you know, so long as you're not doing anything too bad. the kidnappings are concerning, sure, but for the most part she's keeping up her modicum of 'no interference'. Unless, somebody ends up incurring wrath. Which, as of yet.... nothing that bad.]

I see. And are you in the habit of throwing... parties?
no subject
So far I have mostly attended, here, rather than throwing.
no subject
I see.

I probably will at some point, however. Though, they obviously won't quite be up to the standard that I could achieve back in Heaven.
no subject
Yes, I imagine being here can ... what is that term? Cramp your style.

My grasp of colloquialisms are not quite up to today's standards.
We are brought here to serve what purpose? What, precisely are we expected to do?
[Frankly she would like to determine if it would be worthwhile to consider just doing whatever it is to get it over with or actually trying to find and punish responsible parties. Her fingernails sharpen just at the thought of punishing someone for such utter presumption, bringing such beings as They against their will.]

Especially the humans, they can be the most stubborn of all creatures. [...It's fond in tone, even by text.]

Deals are a specialty of my kind. But for those things stolen, it is not common to be given money and lodgings. [No generally it is death or slavery. Many creatures of Winter enjoy the taste of flesh. Faerie Queens though, cannot kill a mortal.]

However, it is common to give players in games certain provisions.
no subject
I suppose if playing a true game and the players are smart enough to request things occasionally they might be provided. [And she's been known to slow down the other team if she wants something accomplished by someone she toys with.]

Yes. Also, they have been powerful enough to trap me here, as well as limiting the power I have access to [Sort of. It's just to make a point, okay.] Which is the main thing that makes me think they want us to do more than just settle down. Being able to do that would mean they are capable of more than just bringing us in.
no subject
Capability does not determine probability. It seems they have time to draw us into whatever it is they are planning as they have no issue wasting it.

I am the Queen of Air and Darkness, ruler of the Unseelie Court.
no subject
Really? [It may be text, but even so, you should still be able to sense curiosity and slight excitement. After all, Unseelies and the Fae are mostly just myths and legends mostly on her earth. They're certainly not enough to have one such as yourself.] Your people are mostly stories, myths and imaginations where I am from. And you're the first I've heard from here. And this is why I can't just be angry about being brought here. [...But not so much she still can't throw in a pointed comment about you being mad, bro.]

Your servant, The Watchman, and I have... had mutual interests on occasion in my world. [It would be rude to say Uriel's Name but all the same he has a hand in her Knight's work.] In general we expect the human's to think of us as myths.
I have a Purpose in my own world and should this distraction interfere with that purpose, the results would be... less than pleasant. [Try catastrophic. Fae find balance and duty extremely important. Well, not so much important as absolutely necessary. It IS. And she thinks this should explain quite clearly her anger. In fact she might be narrowing her eyes a little trying to determine how God expects Her world to cope without Her.]

If you plan to interfere with the innocents that had nothing to do with our predicament - especially as they have had as much say in this as yourself- I will stop you. [You've given her fair warning, and she's returning the favour. Your anger is misplaced, and she's more than glad the fae is nothing but imaginations on her world if this is how they actually behave.] I have my own Purpose, here as well as at home. And I am not the only one that would make an effort to prevent you from throwing a temper tantrum.
