[Multiple Things happening at once]
[The commercial starts with a picture of Kazuya, dressed to the 9's in a white suit, even wearing makeup to conceal the scars on his face, and a contact lens to make his left eye appear normal. He's walking along a street in Genessia City, smiling warmly into the camera.]
Hello, my name is Kazuya Mishima, I am the CEO of G Corporation based in Nova City. I've been here some time now and G Corporation has really grown to be an integral part of Nova City and Genessia at large.
[The video cuts to a laboratory setting featuring several white clad people who seem intent on studying the various beakers and vials in front of them.]
G Corporation offers a multitude of services, from researching and production of affordable pharmaceuticals, to researching a wide range of genetic diseases with the hope of one day finding cures for these conditions...
[The video changes once more, this time showing a JACK robot dressed in a fast food chain's uniform waving to children that pass by the restaurant it is stationed outside of.]
...to providing security from shoplifters and vandals to local business owners. [The video cuts back to him addressing the camera directly, though this time it's clear he's no longer on the street, if his location isn't immediately visible.]
However, I've come to realize that Genessia is a dangerous place, with each sub-city having its own issues and problems to contend with. Which is shy I am proud to announce the Tekken Force of Genessia.
[The camera pulls back to show a large number of people dressed in high-tech riot gear lined up behind him. Once more the video shifts, this time showing these people doing any number of things from chasing down a person dressed fairly stereotypically of a robber, to pulling a cat out of a tree and handing it to a waiting child.]
I aim to make the Tekken Force the premiere peace keeping force in Genessia and her sub-cities. We will be working closely with local law enforcement and handle some of the more difficult tasks that the publicly funded police simply aren't equipped to handle.
[Now the video changes to show the uniformed people undergoing rigorous training in various martial arts styles.]
Members will be trained in several martial arts styles from my world, and specialize in non-lethal take-downs to apprehend criminals and keep things from escalating if at all possible. The uniforms are extremely durable and protective, allowing an unarmed Force member to single-handedly apprehend a handful of gun-wielding criminals without putting their safety at risk. They will also be trained with a variety of weapons in the event that such is needed, but it will always be a last resort.
[The camera changes one final time to show a close up of Kazuya's face, a JACK on one side, a Tekken Force soldier on the other, and a small girl perched on his shoulder.]
If you would like to be a part of the Tekken Force, approach a JACK unit at any of the many locations they are stationed and give them your name, and a representative will be by to start the process. Anyone is welcome to join, and all members will receive full benefits of being a G Corporation employee. We look forward to you helping us build a safer Genessia.
[The G Corporation logo lingers on the screen for a few seconds before the commercial ends.]
[After filming for the commercial, Kazuya needed something to wash the bad taste all the marketing BS had put in his mouth. An glass of whiskey, and a thorough washing of all the makeup off his face later, and he was on his way to the Nova City Guardian's office, looking to see if Satsuki would actually honor her end of the deal they struck after the repairs on his tower were complete. As he entered the building, he was flanked on either side by JACK units that were obviously much more advanced than the mass produced units used as his personal protection racket. If anyone approached Kazuya they would take up aggressive stances but would not act until ordered to do so by Kazuya. He demanded to be shown to Satsuki's office of the first person unfortunate enough to cross his path upon entering the building, and wouldn't be taking no for an answer. This ought to be entertaining at least.]

The little youkai looked up as he approached, blinking owlishly. She tensed a little, eyes flicking to the bots. Her past experience with AIs had been very poor to say the least. She drifted up, setting the puzzle down, third eye swaying nervously, making herself as visible as possible. She didn't really want to but if he was here to cause trouble she would help protect Satsuki. That was part of her job, after all.
"Hello Mister. I'm Koishi Komeiji. Who are you?"
no subject
"Kazuya Mishima. I have business with the guardian. You will take me to her. now."
no subject
"Simmering... Heat and jagged rocks and grit. I can see it." Even with Kazuya's hostility lapping at the corners of her mind, there was something missing. Her brow knit further, the little youkai floating into the air, surprisingly focused.
"It's our job to keep Miss White safe. And you're not a safe person right now..." Her eyes flicked to the jackbots, ready to vanish and misdirect if need be. She would normally walk away from a conflict but she had a job! Satsuki was counting on her!
"I can ask Miss White though. You can wait here with the sugar sweet bread and the not-tea that smells nice." She pointed at the refreshments, not leaving just yet, though she was drifting slowly toward the doorway. She wanted to hear his reply.
no subject
"She is expecting me. We have an appointment and I doubt you would want to explain to her that you were the reason I was late."
no subject
"No... Nono. I will tell her. Then she will come down or I will bring you up. I am very quick and she'll understand. You wont be late, okay? I know her really well so its okay, alright?" She drifted back further. "Just... Enjoy some sweet bread thins and not-tea. The ones with the pink frosting are very good... I will be only a moment, okay?"
And off she went, flying up to Satsuki's office with great speed. She used the stairs instead of the elevator. It was only a few floors up after all.
"Miss White!" She opened the door. "Miss White a big scary man with some strange robot things wants to see you. He's by the room with the sweetbread and not-tea and he says he has an appointment. What should I do? Do you want to go down and see him?"
no subject
A scary man? The Guardian is sure she knows more than one, but it doesn't take her long to come to the conclusion it is most likely Kazuya in which she suddenly becomes very chilly as she sets her hand upon the handle of her blade. Of course he would choose now to arrive. "We shall have our surveillance drones investigate." she instructs the person she was speaking with, then addresses the satori, "I shall see him; he is owed compensation for some damages."
Without another word she sets her cap atop her head then marches forward to meet the businessman. The man that she is waiting to make the smallest slip-up so she can put him out of his misery.
Oh, and of course while Kazuya is waiting about (should he choose to do so), he would likely notice that any of the officers strolling about aren't staying clear of him, they're not giving very welcoming looks either. The propoganda flows strong.
no subject
Once Satsuki addressed him, however, he began to ignore Koishi, treating her more as a distraction, with his target in front of him. "Your subordinate is... unique to say the least, Kiryuin. Perhaps you could teach her a few manners when greeting guests. As for the damages, I have a proposition for you, one that should be beneficial to both of us."
no subject
She was used to people speaking as if she wasn't there. She was even used to people speaking about her as if she wasn't there. But usually this was because they were actually unaware of her presence. Being consciously ignored was... strange. And unpleasant. She kept her mouth shut though, pouting a little.

He stands his ground for the moment, reaching over and pushing one of the JACK units off balance with his index finger.
"Besides, I would hardly think talk of a Guardian-led raid on a private business is something you want to be discussing out in the open. If the incidents with this Everyman character is any indication, it's that someone is always listening out there, and everything you say could be used against you. I would recommend we take this to your office."
no subject
Hopefully it wouldn't come to that though.
Unfortunately Satsuki was between her and Kazuya, the Nova guardian getting hit by some of the threatening pressure. Fortunately it wasn't anything new to her, but it was no doubt making her uncomfortable too.
no subject
"I shall take your suggestion into consideration. One thing I do 'know better' of is that one does not need to be able to throw a punch to be considered a weapon and I do not want those 'models' in this building without a proper check. Concede to that and I will gladly move negotiations to my office."
And yes, Koishi, she does notice and it's distracting. "Komeiji, make a holding cell check and confirm everyone is behaving." Of course it's unlikely anyone is freaking out, but that isn't the point.
no subject
"Not like I need the tin-men anyway," he grumbles under his breath as he slips the device back into his jacket. "Satisfied?"
Of course any checks as to what they are equipped with will indeed show they do not have the bombs hidden behind their faces, or any of the bells and whistles on the normal models. The endoskeletons are also made of material that just barely holds the frames, and they are otherwise hollow. They're more props than fighters. And that's how Kazuya liked it. It was a show to emphasize his position, but in a fight they were little more than improvised projectiles to distract an opponent.
Apologies for lateness
She might have pushed it over completely but she turned to Satsuki when she was addressed. Her power was dimmed but still there, and making eye contact with the small youkai was like staring into two empty sockets.
"Ah? Right..." A blink, and the strange pressure was gone, Koishi shaking her head. She called up a calming aura, though it was more forced and less gentle than her usual one. She wasn't in a very good mood after all and it really showed.
"I'll come right back, okay Miss White?" She drifted up and zipped toward the staircase, flying down flight after flight, her aura extending out to wash over everyone on each floor. She trusted her senses to tell her if anyone was panicking.
no subject
"Not really, but given the situation I am willing to compromise." the Guardian speaks to Kazuya once Koishi is on her way and the checks are completed. She then turns to lead the way up a short flight of steps- The halls leave a lot to be desired; walking through the Guardian Office is probably just a step up from walking through a prison made of steel and blinking screens. Decorum is clearly the lower priority on her list.
Eventually the duo reach an office in which the doors slide open to reveal completely different room- It is decorated to mimic a traditional japanese room. She steps inside, then gesture for him to seat before taking her own, and appears ready to wheel and deal.
no subject
Kazuya gave the room a once over, and then took a seat, though not on either of the cushions laid out on either side of the table, opting instead to sit where there weren't any cushions. That would be the safest place in the room.
"Quite the elaborate setup you have here, Kiryuin. Reminds me of home." Of course the last bit was said with... less than normal enthusiasm. Homesick he was not.
no subject
"Is that so?" Satsuki asks, more out of responding than any sort of genuine interest. "The money is in another room, though I can have it brought to this one at any time. But seeing as you have an alternate offer I would be interested in hearing you out."
Of course she doesn't want to let on how difficult, or how easy it may have been to collect the money, expression falling somewhat neutral.
no subject
"Money is easy for me to come by. I've even taken a personal cut to my salary and still live better than most of the people in this city. I don't want your money. What I want is something a bit more personal."
He pulls a recruitment brochure from his jacket pocket with a Tekken Force member displayed front and center and flops it onto the table in front of Satsuki.
"I want my Tekken Force integrated with the Nova City police. Gear, training, and payment would be handled by myself, with the Force taking on any and all calls that would be handled by the SWAT teams. I realize putting officers like that out of work would not be beneficial, so I have taken the liberty of passing along personal invitations into the force at a management level to all SWAT personnel. I only need your official approval to start the process."
no subject
The brochure is picked up, the flaps given a once-over. It reminds her of her time with Wily, really, and she wishes she could have studied his robotics longer. "I see. The presentation, the technology- I must confess that all of this is rather impressive. An extremely efficient and fairly elegant program could be made of this."
She then looks to Kazuya.
"What I am not so clear on is how I would benefit from this exchange; neither option is a gain for this office. As is, the paycheck is far less painful."
Of course when she refers to 'this office', she speaks of herself.
no subject
He taps the table slightly, drawing emphasis to his next statement. "You would still be giving the orders, the people taking the orders would simply be wearing G Corporation gear."
...And be loyal to him should he feel the need to stage a coup.
no subject
"Elections are coming up so, taking into account I may not be Guardian at that point, the most I could offer you is two months. Is that workable?"
no subject
"More than workable, yes. I'm glad we could come to an agreement on this."
no subject
"I'm afraid we are not done just yet," she then replies, "I have one final other request before I am willing to issue this license. Whatever plots you have in mind involving myself and my associates; I want you to abandon them."
no subject
He's still trying to figure out what that suit Nui made for him before she disappeared was made of.
"However, if I did have my sights set on you, your entourage, or even your position, do you really think mere words would be enough to dissuade me? You and I are very much alike in that regard. We both have things that drive us, and in pursuit of that drive we will do whatever it takes. I could tell that much when we exchanged blows last."
He moved to stand, turning his back to Satsuki as he adjusted his gloves before speaking again. "I have other things to see to, but your operations do not concern me, nor do I have any interest in seeing you lose power at this juncture. In fact it is within my best interest to make sure you maintain your power for now. But if you truly fear what plots I may have, feel free to strike me down here."
no subject
That said, Kayuza has stayed out of her hair for a considerable amount of time; so chances are he may very well be telling the truth of what his best interests are. On the other hand, she can't let go of the fact that he is a devil either. Just how close is too close to hold an enemy?
Regardless, she's curious now. Curious enough to not take him up on his offer. "Then I believe we are done here."
reaction to the commercial
That didn't mean there was anything wrong with them, especially if they worked, but seriously. ]

Izumi wore a hat and sunglasses to hide her features. She may have gotten away with injuring a speeding driver when she first got here, but she isn't taking her chances with the police. The woman approached a JACK unit, taking her hat and sunglasses off]
Izumi Nase. I demand to meet with Kazuya Mishima personally.
[Action]
TAKE THAT CARD TO THE G CORPORATION TOWER IN NOVA CITY, AND A REPRESENTATIVE WILL ESCORT YOU TO MR. MISHIMA'S OFFICE.
Re: [Action]
She puts her hat and sunglasses back on, and heads on to Nova City to go to the G-Corp headquarters. Reaching the base of the building, Izumi looked up in awe at the structure. Nagatsuki City has no tall buildings like this.
She entered the building and was met with a spacious lobby and JACK robots acting as security. Izumi scanned the area to look for a particular person who might pass as a "representative" to this Kazuya Mishima, but still she approached the front desk and flashed them the card]
I'm here on a personal matter. Please, if Mr. Mishima isn't preoccupied, I'd like to meet with him at this instant. I don't really like waiting.
[Izumi didn't mean to intimidate the front desk worker, but it was clear she was naturally intimidating like their boss]
[Action]
I see you have changed your mind about my offer, miss Nase. Any particular reason why?
[Action]
For obvious reasons. I found bounties are incredibly inconsistent with providing me a salary.
[Izumi stopped and stood near Kazuya's desk, three meters away. She's still in the process of sizing him up and making sure he's someone she could trust.]
But if you truly meant what you said about creating a safer Genessia-
[Her eyes quirked, narrowing as she reads his body language for what she is gonna say next]
I believe I could be of service to that.
[She didn't respond to Mercury's broadcast of killing Armin, nor does she know that Mercury worked for Kazuya, but she's still has some decency in her to be revolted by that. If she could stop something like that, she would]
[Action]
Considering what I've seen of your talents, I would have to agree with you.
[He moves one hand, tapping a few buttons on his desk, pulling up an interface.]
In fact, I have a management position available now.
[Action]
I see. I do have experience in running an office of my own and overseeing Spirit Warrior activity within the borders of my family jurisdiction. If that is all you require for that position, I would gladly take it.
[Action]
The job is already yours.

Secondly, the Tekken Force is not a mercenary outfit. It is a private law enforcement supplement and security force. They are not soldiers for hire that any spurned lover can hire to assassinate an unfaithful significant other, or anyone else for that matter. My intent here is to use the resources of G Corporation to keep the law enforcement professionals of these cities safer.
For example, if a gang takes a family hostage, would you prefer to send in officers that have minimalistic budgets, heavy and clunky equipment that puts their lives and the lives of the hostages at risk, or people who are trained in close quarters combat with light-weight armor that can easily withstand a hailstorm of bullets, and keep the lives of the hostages, officers, and even the gang members safer, allowing the perpetrators to face a trial?
