「She isn't sure how to go about deciphering this, but the problem lies within the setting. Usagi isn't supposed to be here, actually. There is a slight unfamiliarity in the air, and despite all the places she's been to, there is no recognition of this place. Traveling around the world (read: as a sailor soldier) would have made her a little more familiar with the world, but not this. Never this.

So where is she?

Let's rewind a bit, eh?

It had been a slow awakening on her part, as she found herself afloat, thanks to a cocoon-like transportation. This definitely wasn't Juuban, much less Japan. She felt groggy, uncertain of herself as she slowly sat up, her mind hazy. She wasn't drunk, nor would she ever touch alcohol because no, she wasn't even legal yet--back to the point. She felt a little better after a while, the haziness receded as she fully sat up, massaging her temples as she looked around, more alert and aware of her surroundings.

Ocean?

The cocoon was moving, she realized, and the wider surroundings came into view--yes, an ocean of sorts. She felt pleased with herself being right for once, but the instant she felt herself slip, really, it was too much, she found herself more aware of where she was. She needed help, right now. The papers weren't much of help, but the phone might. Ah, maybe she could call someone?  」

Anyone there...? Hello? Maybe I'll just use the phone instead, maybe I can actually contact someone... 「 She's trying it out now. 」 How does this work, anyway...this button...ah--!

「A small face came into view as Usagi turned on the video function on the phone. She can read that much, yes, but she leans in, and then puts the phone at arm's length as she holds it.」

「 There is a tinkering of the phone going on, much apparent from the noise. 」 I wonder if this is functioning...am I getting through? Please help, I don't want to keep anyone waiting at home...

Well that's not actually true. There might be someone with a power strong enough to stop time but that would take a lot of magic when you think about it. There are people from a lot of different worlds here.

Ah - there's a map you should have with you. I hear there are apartments available in the city, and you can rent one for a little while - but you'll need to get a job before long.
