If someone doesn't mind answering, I have a question...

This is Marco and I come from a world where parties and things don't really...exist. I mean, they probably do, but with things going on, there's really no good time to have them.

Anyway, I'm not quite sure if I want to go to this event, but I feel that it would benefit everyone within the Schmee Company.

...I guess what I'm trying to ask is, does anyone know how to pick out a really good suit that matches? I haven't worn a tie before, I don't even know how to tie one.

And I also heard from a few colleges at the company that they were going to bring dates with them... Is...is that really necessary? I would prefer to go alone, but I don't want to bring a stranger with me either.

I would love to help you pick a nice suit! It isn't too hard, you just have to find colors that coordinate well and make sure they look nice on you, as well. It's hard to do on the phone, though. We'd have to meet in person! I don't think it matters if you take a date, by the way. I'm not going to, and I know I have some coworkers who won't be as well.

My last couple of outfits that I've worn to work were already put together... So I just took them off the rack.

A large gathering like the party would be a good opportunity if someone held a grudge against Schnee Company. It would be easy to blend in and there's more than enough targets.

I know. That's one reason why I wanted to go. And going without a date would be a lot better since I won't have to keep up with anyone or them with me.

Wouldn't be awkward to date someone you don't even know in that kind of setting anyway? It's probably going to be all...formal and whatever.

That's how I feel about it... But there were others at work who had dates. I just don't want to be doing something wrong.

Sorry, but, you should be able to go with whoever you want to. I just didn't know if it was required or not.

Right... well... I guess if nothing else, maybe ask Weiss about that. Either way, besides work, we'll all be there in general basically. For either work purposes or just because. You don't have to have a date to enjoy your time, I don't think.

I haven't talked to many people, I've been too busy with work. I would be too boring to interest anyone anyway, don't you think?
