How unfortunate of us for being brought to this place against our wills. If we had been given a chance to come here by our own, this would have looked like a nice place to have a vacation in. Alas.

[He sounds very polite and rather calm, even though he's been put in this situation. Maybe a little too calm, perhaps? Well, Krad has mixed feelings about this situation, but he wasn't about to show that as the first thing. Instead he'd think on them by himself and observe what's to come.]

The hologram was quite useful. It is very nice that one has been made to inform new arrivals. However, I'd still like to ask if there is a place I might stay for a couple of days so I can look around freely without worrying about where to sleep at night? Of course, I would pay for whatever sum needed, with the money I received.

Ah, that sounds logical and convenient. Do you happen to have an address for the place? No harm done if not, I'm sure someone else knows the way.

If I remember correctly, there should be a hotel or inn in all of the different cities that connect to this place. I suppose whoever was responsible for dragging us here felt we would be less angry if we had a way to get accommodations. At least, I was able to get a place to stay the first night my friend and I arrived.

At least they have thought about the consequences for their actions that far, even if not far enough.

I am glad that you and your friend were able to find a place to stay. Has everything else went as smoothly, if I may ask?

Welcome to Genessia. Alas...unfortunately there isn't anyway to escape this place as of yet, although I'm sure the hologram covered that for you.

There are a number of inns around the place, but that depends if you have any preference on which city you wish to settle in for the time being, all have their own unique atmosphere.

Well, it is a pleasant enough place.

Not at all~ Genessia is the city you are in at the moment, and is a central hub for all the main cities. Nova city is to the north, which is far more technologically advanced than the other cities. Attleton, where I hold the title of Guardian, is to the east. A rather quaint place, with a truly wonderful colosseum. Fayren is to the south. It is dominated in a far greater capacity by magic than by machines. And to the west we have Everglade. It is similar to Attleton or Genessia in it's advancement, but there is a strange, sinister atmosphere about the place. It is not the safest of cities, but as a demon, it feels a little more homelike to moi.

[An androgynous figure answers. Honestly, with her job, she's used to dealing with newcomers by now.]

The Amagi Inn's got a pretty good reputation. They do discounts for newcomers, as well.

Ah, would this be the inn that resides in Genessia? That's very generous of them.

Yeah, that's them. Gives people a chance to get on their feet if they don't have anyone they know already here to pick 'em up.

There are many places one can stay at while one looks for a job, but do you know what kind of work you'd like to do first?

Unfortunately, no. I have never had a job because of the circumstances I come from so I am not sure what would be a good place to start.

That was the problem I have, so the best start would be to think about what you enjoy.

He-hello and welcome, I guess I should say first. I-I'm sorry that you don't want to be here either, but for now it's best to settle down and find a place. Though that would depend on where you want to live, there are three cities after all.

Thank you very much for the welcome. It is as you said and I would like to focus on settling down before trying to think of anything else. Choosing a city to live in might be difficult. I'm sure they all have their good and their bad, after all.

That is true, but for some people it's easier to choose than it is for others. Based on what work you do helps.
