[The feed opens with an extreme close up of an orange snout with brown stripes. The snout sniffs at the device for a moment before it pulls back to reveal an oddly marked Charizard. It cocks its head slightly as it snorts at the device before what looks to be a thick green vine comes partially into view, snatching the device away. The device is then lifted high into the air, giving a bird's eye view of a lush meadow around a crystal blue pond. The vine is shown to attach to a Venusaur while a Blastoise (both Pokemon bearing similar odd markings) helps Mewtwo in planting some saplings near the pond.]
[The Venusaur makes an annoyed sound at the Charizard who crosses its arms and blows smoke through it nostrils in response before a second vine makes its way from the Venusaur's flower, poking Mewtwo on the shoulder and handing the device over. Mewtwo blinks slightly, glancing at the pair before taking the device under his power.]
...It would seem that my announcement has been... undercut. No matter. I wish to inform all who knew me that I am no longer residing in the cave in Fayren's Maw. I have opened a gate to my world, more specifically, the sanctuary I found for myself and my kind. The mountain on which my sanctuary resides is elevated high enough to provide enough resources for Pokemon to flourish, but the thin atmosphere makes human habitation impossible. It is possible for short visits, but I would recommend against prolonged stays.
That said, I am also opening this gate up as a sanctuary for all non-humans who have no other residence. My friends here will be attending to the upkeep and maintenance of the island, and will likely be accompanying me throughout Genessia should they desire.
[He pauses, hesitant to say much more about the island, fearing that the water and its healing nature could attract the wrong company.]
The gate is located in Fayren, and opens into a small harbor under this meadow. Simply take the stairs to reach my sanctum.

Even with her slower pace and the occasional distraction by some rather delicious fruit, it wasn't long until- "Purple Psychic Thing!" It was the only warning Mewtwo got before something warm and very cuddly collided with his back and began nuzzling him, her presence instantly blocking the psychic awareness of everything behind him. "Hello! I missed you!" Nuzzle nuzzle. "It's been a long time! How are you doing? You're still so purple! I really really like it!"
Fortunately she didn't cling too long, drifting back, reaching down to pick up a crudely wrapped basket-shaped package she had placed on the ground before the hug. "Here." She shoved it into his hands. "This is for you!"

Re: [Action]
Once she caught up with Koishi, both her and Mewtwo would most likely be within her effective range, reaching out and attempting to communicate telepathically.
Satori's cool and collected voice was always a little different when it was directly manifested into someone else's head. An experienced psychic would have no problem with it. From an onlooker, or someone like Koishi, Satori's exchange was completely silent. "So, you must be this 'Mewtwo' that my sister's told me so much about." For Koishi's sake, she switched to more conventional speech "Please, don't mind my sister, she lacks my kind's telepathic abilities."
[Action]
As soon as Koishi effectively tackled Mewtwo, two vines shot out from beneath one of the larger flower bushes nearby. Of course that bush wasn't a bush at all, but a rather protective Venusaur. The vines stopped short however, as they impacted a barrier erected between the flowery Pokemon and the Koiball. In fact, the appearance of the two intruders didn't go unnoticed by any of the three that lived on the island with Mewtwo, Blastoise sticking its head up to break the surface of the pond while Charizard flew in with a roar, sniffing at the package Koishi shoved into Mewtwo's hands.
Mewtwo raised a hand, indicating to the others that the sisters were not a threat, despite the obviously inhuman physiology, and the three calmed down some, with Charizard still hovering protectively over Mewtwo's shoulder.
He summoned his device, holding it an inch or two from his person telekinetically, speaking through that so Koishi could hear him. "I appreciate the sentiment, Koishi, but this was not necessary..." Of course once the smell of berries made its way to Charizard's nostrils, he quickly moved to swipe it from Mewtwo, claws tearing through the wrapping.
It was then that he turned his attention to Satori, arching an eyebrow, still talking through the device for Koishi's benefit, but sending an equally telepathic signal in Satori's direction. "Yes, I am aware of Koishi's rather... unique aura. It is not wholly unlike the Dark-type Pokemon of my world that have an innate immunity to psychic powers all together... yet very different. Am I to assume you are the sister she has spoken so highly of?"
An individual Pokemon's diet varies from species to species, however, berries seem to be a universal treat, though some prefer certain flavors to others.
[Action]
She approached the flame pokemon. "Dragon Thing! Dragon Thing be sure to share those, okay? they're for everyone."
Koishi probably would have formally introduced Satori if not for the fact she was focusing more and more on the three oddly marked pokemon in the immediate area. Ever-curious, she turned her gaze from one to the other, drifting up into the air and moving from Charizard, over to Venusaur and examining it before flying out over the pond to where Blastoise was.
"Ohhh... A dragon and a frog and a turtle...!" Now she was getting excited. Well... At least this meant that she wouldn't be bothering Mewtwo any time soon. "You should come out of the water please. Come on." She gave Blastoise a little pat on the head before zipping back over to where Charizard was and taking one of its claws in her hand, trying to gently tug it over to Venesaur "Come on. I've never seen youkai like you three before!"
Oh, these...Pokemon are back? I should pay a visit sometime.
Re: [Action]
"I am her elder sister. My name is Satori Komeiji. I trust that she has spoken highly of me to many people, regardless of whether they're interested or not." Her tone sounds vaguely amused as she continues, quickly returning to a more serious one as she expanded on the idea. "When I heard of you from Koishi, she spoke of a being with purportedly phenomenal psychic abilities. I believed I'd found somewhat of a kindred spirit, at least in those terms."
She observed the area a little as her third eye's gaze fell on Mewtwo. Her third eye automatically was gently leafing through the Pokemon's surface thoughts. "This situation reminds me of my own, a little: I, too, have a sanctuary for the lost and dejected to roam freely. Your mind also carries with it an air of...loss, perhaps? Possibly anger and solitude, a rather bitter combination that I'd had the same misfortune to hold for some time." With a slight movement of her eyes, the next message to be relayed into Mewtwo's mind would be... "In that vein, I'd like to get to know you a little better. I can't quite halt my third eye from reading you, but I would be willing to exchange in kind." Mewtwo might be able to pick up slight hints of her ambitions for Guardianship of Fayren, as well, and a possible hint as to her intentions.
[Action]
Once Koishi started scolding the Charizard for its attempted gluttony, a vine would snake its way over and snatch the basket away from the winged lizard, who was so bewildered at Koishi's lecture that it didn't notice the vine. The Charizard roared, but only got a grunt in return from the Venusaur. Mewtwo glanced over at the three as Koishi started to get them together, but otherwise his attention was focused on Satori.
He had expected a sort of similar feel to Koishi from Satori but feeling the touch of another psychic on his mind was both... a tad frightening and familiar all at once. He made sure to bury his memories as best he could while bringing his experience from his last election bid to the forefront when he began to pick up on Satori's intention, perusing her own surface thoughts and feelings as well.
"There may be similarities, but stark differences as well. You seem to have come by your power and being naturally, while I am most certainly not natural. As for those living in this place, the majority do so with no real connection to myself." He gestures to the three Koishi was currently playing with, as memories of those three standing by his side in battle come forward.
"They are the only ones that have any direct connection to me, and have chosen to stay with me as we explored our world. The others like them have their own lives and adventures now... though we are no strangers to being outcast."
"I am assuming this visit is in regard to the announcement your sister coaxed you into making, and you wish for my help if I am reading things correctly... but I have to ask. Now that I have my own sanctuary, what do I stand to gain from this arrangement?"
[That earns a cocked eyebrow, accented by Charizard blowing a random plume of flame into the air in the background.]
...You are not afraid? I am positive you are not from my world, just from your ignorance of the treats widely used for Pokemon throughout the world. I had assumed others might view Pokemon as threats.
Relatively speaking... yes. They do not roam the cities wild as they did when I first arrived, however... it is comforting to have more, even in this limited space.

Once the three had their treats, the little youkai zipped into the air, drifting back over to Satori and Mewtwo, her presence no doubt disrupting their psychic conversation somewhat, and carefully placed the basket next to Mewtwo. There were still quite a few little cakes left. Don't worry Mewtwo.
"You have a very nice home Purple Psychic Thing. I really like it. Maybe we could go fishing sometime." She didn't stick around though, returning to the three pokemon and drifting down and returning to her spot between the trio.
"So, what do you guys do for fun? I bet its really neat, whatever it is!"
Re: [Action]
She offered the psychic Pokemon a faint smile, her psychic speech conveyed rather too smoothly between their minds. "Several of my answers may be blunter than others, but I don't particularily want any confusion about the matter. As beings who have known discrimination and hatred at the hands of others, I offer you a chance for agency. I'm extending my hand as a prospective ally for practical reasons, as you seem as if you'd benefit from having someone, as you claimed, like you and yet unlike you. We may have different perspectives, perhaps, but either of us desire to belong, yes?"
She continued, her mental voice slowly and carefully laying out her terms, to make sure nothing was mistaken. "For more practical reasons, someone who could effectively help in bringing some kind of order to Fayren would be most helpful. As I said before, we cannot discover more about this world unless we know all there is to know. And this matter is where both our gifts would also be put to better use than they would apart. As for what you could gain from the arrangement, other than the prestige of a deputy guardian position and the like, would be promotion of peace of mind amongst the people of Fayren, forgive the expression." She shrugged her shoulders slightly, body language carrying over where words did not. "You would be respected rather than feared, as would I. You would also be welcome as a guest in my home, if it suits you."
[Action]
While the Blastoise and Charizard eat their treats, the Venusaur breaks its in two with a second vine, eating one half and sending the other to what appeared to be a relatively thick tuft of grass near its hindquarters. After a moment, a small face pokes out from behind the Venusaur and sniffs at the treat. After a nudge from the larger Pokemon the Bulbasaur steps out fully and begins munching on the treat. As for Koishi's question, the Charizard grunts, crossing its arms while the Blastoise makes a noise at the pond.
Mewtwo, however, found his mind wandering trough Satori's thoughts, or at least what she allowed him to peruse. While Satori and Koishi were both far from human, at a glance they could be mistaken for human, and at first Mewtwo was reluctant to accept the similarities. ...Until, that is, he caught a glimpse of the power she wielded. A brief flash of a battle Satori participated in was enough to make him think of the kind of people that might wish to claim her power for themselves.
"I cannot support you outright in this endeavor... yet. As you can see, I now have others to think about in addition to my own welfare. I would first gauge those that would seek the position for themselves first, and render my decision after that. However, you are correct... allies that have any similarities are... few, to put it mildly."
He turned a little to look over to where Koishi and his friends were gathered, and Satori might notice a feeling of contentment - though stained with confusion - enter his mind. It was not a feeling he had known before... nor had he ever expected to. "Regardless of what comes, however, you and your sister are welcome here as well, and know that any choice I make will not be a personal one, but one reflecting the needs I am responsible for."

Torchic are a rare breed, native to the Hoenn region, I believe. You should count yourself lucky to have seen one at all, as their numbers in the wild are virtually nonexistent.
[Which probably means that she won't find any Torchic in Mewtwo's little sanctuary.]
Are there any other small and cute Pokemon over there? Or are they all the monstrous kind?
Re: [Action]
She pulled her hand back quickly enough, floating up to her feet and clapping a few times, spinning once excitedly. She looked at Blastoise, then at Charizard pouting a bit. "Well that one can't really swim obviously." She pointed at Charizard. It's not built for swimming and the flame on its tail would go out. He can fly instead and is all fire. And the cute froggy plant thing has vines and things. Show me what you do."
And just like that she moved over to Venusaur and sat next to it in the shade of one of its leaves. Cautiously she reached out and gave Bulbasaur another gentle pat. It was so cute!
Charizard could join in whenever it wanted. but it really should stop being such a grump.
They come in all shapes and sizes. The three you saw earlier are the evolved forms of smaller Pokemon. Most Pokemon do grow in size as they evolve and gain power, however there are those that choose to remain unevolved, for one reason or another, and there are ways to prevent evolution if that is the desire.
Re: [Action]
"I understand..." she projected into his mind, her tone a little more relaxed, but no less pointed. "That would be a wise decision, as well. There are many who compete for this position and it is, of course, your choice if you'd like to follow through with it. I'd be cruel if I took that choice away from you." Satori tilted her head a little towards Koishi and the Pokemon she'd befriended, watching her a little more carefully. For a moment, her expression could almost have been a smile. "Whenever you've made up your mind on the matter, contact me as soon as possible." Mewtwo's contented but apprehensive feeling was tempered a little. Satori had felt much the same feeling, oddly enough. She wasn't that surprised by it. More amused, really. "Regardless of whether you support me or not, I hope we'll keep in somewhat frequent contact." A faint, bitter chuckle escaped her. "...If my sister decides to play in your private sanctuary again, do try and send her home if she happens to get lost."

The aliens I have to deal with back home are a lot more threatening than Pokemon.

By the time Mewtwo spots her, she can be found talking to the Blastoise]
I can only do this. See?
[Muse giggles, sprinking the giant pokemon on the hair with her own magic water]

[Almost as if in response, the Blastoise blasts a plume of water into the air causing a rainbow to form as the mist drifted down. Mewtwo watched for a moment, studying Muse's interactions with the Blastoise. When she had said she was a fairy he wasn't expecting someone so... human looking, but a quick search of her surface thoughts showed no indication of deception... so he was willing to give her a chance.]
I see you have already met Blastoise.
[As he approached, he kept his communicator floating nearby so it could translate his thoughts rather than force them into Muse's mind.]
[Action]
As soon as Koishi moved toward the Bulbasaur, the Venusaur's stare locked onto the girl, keeping a watchful eye on the small youkai, and making sure she didn't pose a threat to the baby Bulbasaur. The Bulbasaur was shy, but emboldened by the watchful eye of the larger Pokemon's presence, while Blastoise watched something in the water, and Charizard kept up its tough-guy grump routine.
Mewtwo nods in understanding, turning his attention back to Satori. "I will give you a definite answer once the debates come to an end. As for Koishi, I'm not sure any attempts to make things private would really work around her. That said, I do not mind her presence. It is... innocent in ways that are rather refreshing, given my history with humans. That said, should she ever get lost, I will see t it that she is returned to you."
[That just gets an arched eyebrow.]
Something tells me you are not familiar with the power that Pokemon wield in that regard.
[Action]
She was keeping an eye on Charizard and Blastoise though, her hand drifting away from the tiny pokemon, floating up to see what Blastoise was looking at. She stared into the water for several moments, squinting against the reflection, her eyes lighting up very suddenly.
Flying quickly toward the water, the little youkai discarded her hat, belt, shirt, shoes, skirt, and socks leaving her just in her camisole and underthings. She dove in to the water without hesitation, using her tendrils as a means of propulsion under the surface. She was a surprisingly agile swimmer, surfacing several moments later, a large Magikarp in hand.
"Sis!" She called, still treading water. She held up the fish "Sis! Look what I caught! I've never seen a fish like this!" A pause. "Also this water is amazing! It's like the water Miss Frog gave us back home!"

[Muse giggles, clapping at Blastoise's water trick that's similar to her own. She turns towards Mewtwo with that usual friendly aura she presents everyone]
Ah, hello. I was just wondering what to call them!
[Muse turned her attention halfway towards Blastoise, gently rubbing the Pokemon's lowered head]
I brought some food too. Does Blastoise-san eat human food?
no subject
That depends largely on the kind of food. Blastoise subsists primarily on plants and berries.
[To that end, Mewtwo tosses a berry that was orbiting him, only to have the armed turtle catch it in his mouth with a satisfied hum.]
Re: [Action]
She agreed with Mewtwo's assessment of her sister, naturally, but seeing as this might not end well if Koishi was allowed free rein, she added to the psychic mon... "...You can start with retrieving her from that pond. She...never really warns me when she does things like these. Her impulsivity is part of her nature, and her mind is very different from mine." Though, she noted Koishi's comments about it. Was it some sort of divine water source, or some type of healing water? No matter how pure or unusual it may have been, the more important matter was getting Koishi out of there, and her state of mind reflected that. Clearly, Mewtwo would notice, despite her exasperation, Satori held a deep bond with her sister and endeavoured to keep it that way. "...You should have asked Mewtwo, Koishi. This place is his, and it's...better to ask about these things." These words might not have any effect on the Koiball, but at least she'd get the point across, by her semi-scolding. "Please, be careful not to suffocate the poor thing, by leaving it out of water." she said with another, withering sigh. "And don't try to eat it, either. These animals are under his protection."
[Action]
Mewtwo held up a hand to Satori, indicating he was not upset. "It is quite alright. Magikarp - as well as the vast majority of water-type Pokemon - have developed lungs that can breathe air as well as water, and Magikarp in particular are rather... low on the food chain. They acquire great power when they evolve into Gyarados, but they also spawn in such numbers that should your sister fish all day, she would not impact their population."
Of course Koishi wasn't the only one interested in the Magikarp. The Charizard decided it was hungry for some fish sticks as well and swooped in, grabbing the wriggling fish in its mouth, flying off and grinning tauntingly over his shoulder at Koishi.
[Action]
It was generally difficult to sneak up on the little satori youkai, but when she was distracted enough it was not only possible, but pretty much guaranteed if you approached from behind. She blinked as the fish was snatched, looking down at her hands and then up at Charizard. "Hey! That one is for sis! I'll catch you your own!"
Koishi frowned as it seemed the fire lizard had no intention to return her prize. Huffing a little, she rose up out of the lake. She spun quickly, her body distorting a little as the tendrils extended to their full length and retracted just as quickly, quite a bit of water cascading down.
Mostly dry now she shot off after Charizard, thrusting one hand forward, the tendrils shooting out and wrapping playfully around one of its ankles, gripping with far too much strength than a girl Koishi's size should have. "I'm gonna get you! Give me back my fish!"
