[Oh look, a new arrival. He's fiddling with the comm and examining the necklace with a vaguely bemused expression.]

Not that I don't appreciate the bling, but it's not exactly my style.

Anyone care to tell me what's going on, and how I get home?

[She freezes as his words register. Mom? She only had two kids...one was Dean, the other-...]

[Sitting up straighter, she was shocked, but still pleased at this turn of events. Kind of. Lord, what next?]

[She's just as beautiful as he remembers from their trip back in time.] Yeah. Yeah it's me, Mom.

[She was already slipping on her shoes to go see him. They had a lot to talk about, but she wanted to see him in person first.]

Not far from where I got dropped off. I just got a weird message from Dean. Said he's been here for almost two years?

[And she's on her way to the Bay.]

That sounds about right, honestly. I've been here just as long as him...it'll be good to finally see you.

[Might even make things a little better.]

I don't understand how that's even possible.

... I'm not dead, am I?

[Pausing, she frowns before shaking her head.]

Of course not. No one here is dead, not yet anyway.

It feels weird, you know? Kind of like heaven. Dean's here, you're here. I feel like I'm just waiting for Bobby or Dad to come on the line. [But Heaven was currently free of angels and under the control of a lunatic who'd kicked every angel to earth and broken their wings.]

Well....I can tell you with certainty your dad's not here.

[As much as she wished it, he wasn't.

Coming around the corner, she could see the bay. Looking around, she looked for the man who seemed to be her little Sammy.]

[Which is probably a good thing, given their overall history. So Sam just nods and cuts the feed, waiting at the bay for her to arrive.

He hasn't seen her since Kansas, since they'd gone back in time. So he's more than as little nervous as she approaches.]

Ah. Hi.

[Blinking slowly as she saw Sam, she slows her steps, unable to hide the surprise and hope on her features.]

[Weak, bit she didn't know what else to say.]

It really is you. You're really here. [And not some photograph he kept on his dresser until his place with Jess..

His smile is just a little awestruck as he moves forward to wrap his arms around her. His entire life "Mom" has been some unattainable thing. A dream. Something Dean had but he never knew.
