[This was...pretty shocking, to say the least. Holo had never seen any place like this before, and the pod she'd just gotten out of? Surely there was no contraption like that anywhere near the farming villages, if not in the world. What could it even be? Had she been captured or something of that sort? Although hidden beneath her cloak, her tail bristled at the thought.

Confused and angry as she might be, she had to at least try and remain calm to figure her situation out. Thankfully, she managed to find some answers within the odd box that had been in the pod with her. While she hasn't learned to write, she can at least read somewhat. Which led to her trying to turn the video phone on, to moderate success. She's holding it upside-down and occasionally taps the screen, but at least you can see the hooded young woman.]

I have been led to believe that there is some way to communicate using this...device. [She's not quite sure what to call it. Surely it must work via some kind of magic. She also shakes the phone for good measure.]

I am in need of further explanation about this place if possible. Can anyone even see this? [She sounds pretty doubtful of that. If this is some kind of joke, someone's going to pay. She prods at the phone a few more times before unintentionally shutting it off.]

[After her more or less successful video broadcast, Holo makes her way out of the cavern. Aaaaaand what.

What is all this? She'd thought the phone was complicated. What's with all the technology? So for a while, she can be found around the magazine stand looking pretty flabbergasted. She also may or may not glare at the hologram after having tried to touch it. What devilry is this?!]

Well......I've got scales, like a dragon, horns...[She taps the two horns on the side of her head]....like a dragon, claws....[she waggles her very human fingers as they shift into sharp claws]...like a dragon, wings....[She flares what are obviously wings]...like a dragon.

[ Lately Lucy is never out wandering about without Natsu, and since she was still in Fayren, she occasionally browsed the communicator thingie. So Holo's skepticism was easily recognizable. ]

You weren't misled - we can see you. What kind of an explanation are you needing? I know the pamphlet can be a little confusing, but it covers quite a bit. [ At least as far as the 'what things are and what to do, part. ]

Well, my friends and I arrived not too long ago ourselves. The first thing to do is probably to find a place to stay. Depending on where you'd be most comfortable, you could probably find an apartment in Genessia, or Nova City, Attleton, Everglade or even Fayren.

Koishi was sitting with her feet in the water of the bay, splashing a little bit. Next to her were four dead rabbits and two squirrels. It wasn't much meat but it had certainly satiated her need to chase something. And now her sister would have both meat and new fur to work with.

She perked up significantly when the wolf girl emerged, quickly pulling on her socks and buckling her boots before drifting over, tilting her head. She remained floating there for a good while, her power passively erasing herself from Holo's perception. At least for now.

After a moment the little satori reached out to poke Holo's shoulder. "Hello Miss! Can you see me?" She was making a real effort to be noticed. "Miss? Helloooo~ Miss can you seee meeeeeee?" You'r a little hard to miss Koishi what with your glowing eyes, giant smile, and third eye which was now moving up to nudge Holo's cheek...

[Action] Afternoon works!

[While pondering how much stranger and confusing her day could get, Holo wasn't paying much attention to anything else around her, really. Even without Koishi's power, it would've taken a moment for her to notice the girl.

She could smell something faint, but it wasn't until the girl was practically up in her face that Holo noticed her, looking clearly startled. Especially with that third eye. That was...not something she'd ever seen or heard of before. Her surprised expression quickly shifts to one of anger. How dare someone surprise her like that!]

Who are you? And what might you be? [That seems to be the popular question of the day.]

Koishi perked up instantly as she was noticed, doing a little spin in the air, the artery over her shoulder twisting into a heart. "Yay! You can see me!" Apparently this was a big deal.

She took Holo's hand in her own and shook it vigorously. She was exceptionally strong for one so small. "Hello Miss. My name is Koishi Komeiji and I'm a satori youkai." Fortunately, she let the wolf's hand go at this point. "Not many people here seem to know what a youkai is though. It's a demon-monster-spirit thing. And satori youkai are psychic. We read minds and have ties to mountain gods. But you don't have to be scared of me. I can't read minds anymore!"

Quite the chatterbox, this one...

[Holo continued to look rather unimpressed, having more questions than answers. It was clear enough that the girl wasn't human. She'd never encountered anyone who could float before, and anyone that did would have to be very wary of the church.

She just...stares at Koishi when she shakes her hand. She really did seem strong, although likely not as strong as her own true form.]

I cannot say I have met a youkai before. [Gods on the other hand...technically, she is one. Of a sort.]

[ Currently short-staffed, Weiss had decided to stop by the Bay to get some samples of the water on her way to the Genessia Scientific Research Foundation. Holo, meet the face of the holographic devilry in question, though with her eyes narrowed slightly at seeing the pissiness display with the hologram, she looks slightly less friendly. Mostly because she just had to replace that thing, she's going to have to find a more secure way to keep it here if people keep trying to go after it. At least this one didn't seem to be keen on taking it apart to see how it ticks. ]

[While Holo certainly could have attacked it, she's not willing to give up her disguise as a normal human for it. That said, the hologram continues to frustrate her. Why won't this woman respond? Why does she keep repeating herself? It's maddening.

And then that same voice rings out from behind her.] What do...

[She trails off for a moment, giving the hologram and her a double-take.]

Doing what? [ Oh- hologram. She's probably.. It's a good thing that Weiss is dating someone whose most advanced technology is war balloons. ]

The hologram? It's a recording, projected with light.
