[Wherever Anna is, she's in the company of a huge bowl of ice cream. How is the princess going to eat all that and the toppings on it is a mystery, but she's here with a bigger problem today!]

Someone gave me this ice cream parfait, or whatever I'm supposed to call it. Everything tastes amazing, but -- [and now she sounds a little unsure;] I also got a weird message along with it and the person, who gave this to me disappeared, so I can't ask them... So I was hoping someone there might figure it out?

[And she turns the device to show a much tinier version of this (also there's no Olaf on this, sorry snowman) and keeps the screen showing those letters on the table.]

... I guess, since I can move these letters around, that the original message might have been something else? But I have no idea what it could be! [innocent honesty right there, people, she really has no clue.] So please help?

Or is that some kind of a weird accessory? I mean I guess it could be a name for an accessory for children's party or something. Or does it actually mean something without moving the letters around, ummm?

Maybe it's a present? There might be someone in the city who know you really well who'd get you a present?

I don't know if I need to, but since they can be rearranged, I've been trying to play with them for a while!

I have an older brother and well, I remember he likes to tease me but I know that he cares. He doesn't get me presents or anything like that and sometimes he's over protective but I still get him things.

I think he throws them away but it's the thought that counts.

[She honestly doesn't remember to much about her brother. She only has a few of her memories back.]

[Anna's face brightens like someone suddenly put million stars into the sky.] There was a girl with that name before, I said it sounds like a name for a princess and I still think so!

[She really loves that name, okay, it's super adorable. Though hearing Sakura say all those things about her brother and thinking about her sister makes her face soften from excited to gentle smile.]

Your brother sounds really amazing. Maybe he just hides those things you get to him... for whatever reason boys would do that. [Sounds better than throwing away? Even though, yes, it is the thought that counts!] Elsa and I were separated for years, but she did it to protect me, I just didn't even know it until things happened... We're fine now though, it all turned out well in the end. And she teases me! Mostly about me eating chocolate, which I don't think I even have enough on this ice cream...

[She should be talking about chocolates, birthdays and happy memories of siblings but Anna touched on something that's been weighing on the young princess. Who is the Sakura that her father talked about? Is it a Sakura that was here?]

Oh, ohhh maybe? What if I turn these around -- [she turns some with a sudden rush because hello, one excited princess here. ... Less excited, when there's nothing.] -- then I see white paper. But that doesn't mean it can't still be a clue to find something! Or someone~!

Finding ones present is always a fun thing to do. Just gotta solve the puzzle first. I would help but puzzled are not my strong suit.

I'm really not good at them either, but I'll just ask Armin -- he's like Mister Puzzle Solver! [So is Luke, but we don't remember if that's IC knowledge for her.] ...But I guess finding it is fun, not that I have much experience but it sounds like fun, trying to find it! Like I could almost run to find it right now, but I don't know where to look, so maybe it's not such a good idea. Or maybe it's the best idea, since you never know what you find that way!

Yeah, you wouldn't want to get lost after all. That would be a very bad thing after all. Especially on such a nice day and all. Though I hope your friend will be able to solve it for you, but if not then it may be unsolvable.
