1 Failed Attempt at World Domination

Greetings citizens of Genessia, as you should already be well aware I am the brilliant scientist Dr.Albert Wily.

With the sudden attack the other day I think it's in your best interest to prepare for another, now you're probably asking yourself "But Dr.Wily, how can we possibly prepare for something like that?" The answer is simple; Accept me as the Guardian of Nova City. One of my creations was on the scene the moment the attack broke out, if I had the resources I could have a dozen more just like him made and on the scene by the end of next month.

I'll give you some time to think it over, but don't take too long, who knows when something like that could happen again.

Taking advantage of the a situation. There was an attack and we need to prepare for the possibility that there will be another.

[He could not laugh, but he won't bother. For such a blowhard, Wily certainly knew how to seize an opportunity. Of course, Skeletor hadn't bothered sending any support to fighting off the monster himself. He'd had his own opportunities to seize while Fayren Guardian was away.]

Most intriguing. And, hypothetically, what kind of benefits could one expect in return for offering their support?
