1 Failed Attempt at World Domination

Greetings citizens of Genessia, as you should already be well aware I am the brilliant scientist Dr.Albert Wily.

With the sudden attack the other day I think it's in your best interest to prepare for another, now you're probably asking yourself "But Dr.Wily, how can we possibly prepare for something like that?" The answer is simple; Accept me as the Guardian of Nova City. One of my creations was on the scene the moment the attack broke out, if I had the resources I could have a dozen more just like him made and on the scene by the end of next month.

I'll give you some time to think it over, but don't take too long, who knows when something like that could happen again.

I'm refocusing my efforts to prepare for something larger than the both of us. You saw the damage that thing did, right? Someone with half a brain would jump at the idea of trying to avoid a repeat of that.

Let's face facts; No one else has stepped up to do the job, it may as well be someone with the skills to make use of all the resources the job provides.

I'll admit that this was not my intent when I accessed your post. However, when my students mentioned that your creations attacked them, I decided that I cannot allow you to be put in charge of the safety of all the residents of the city.

Since it would seem no others were stepping up to the challenge, I figured it fell to me to pick up the gauntlet.

I'm looking to get a foothold in one of the sub cities and speed up the production of my Robot Masters.

Crash Man luckily was on the scene the other day, so clearly I'm out to help.

Quick Man unfortunately was not on the scene, I had him return to my lab for maintenance before the attack.

That or your observation skills are extremely poor. The other day we were attacked by a massive beast that was able to generate weapons from it's skin and left smaller monsters behind in it's wake. It left a good portion of Genessia in ruin however you can't exactly tell as the city has regenerated since then.
