Greetings citizens of Genessia, as you should already be well aware I am the brilliant scientist Dr.Albert Wily.

With the sudden attack the other day I think it's in your best interest to prepare for another, now you're probably asking yourself "But Dr.Wily, how can we possibly prepare for something like that?" The answer is simple; Accept me as the Guardian of Nova City. One of my creations was on the scene the moment the attack broke out, if I had the resources I could have a dozen more just like him made and on the scene by the end of next month.

I'll give you some time to think it over, but don't take too long, who knows when something like that could happen again.

Might I remind you that you and your greatest resources can't even manage to track down a single missing girl? How are you going to protect an entire city when it's under attack?

What we need is stronger defenses, I can provide that.

I wont back down, if I did I would be ignoring what I've learned from that minor error and from the attack the other day.
