1 Failed Attempt at World Domination

Greetings citizens of Genessia, as you should already be well aware I am the brilliant scientist Dr.Albert Wily.

With the sudden attack the other day I think it's in your best interest to prepare for another, now you're probably asking yourself "But Dr.Wily, how can we possibly prepare for something like that?" The answer is simple; Accept me as the Guardian of Nova City. One of my creations was on the scene the moment the attack broke out, if I had the resources I could have a dozen more just like him made and on the scene by the end of next month.

I'll give you some time to think it over, but don't take too long, who knows when something like that could happen again.

Not exactly. They were attacking one of the subcities and I stepped in to help somebody trying to defend it.

I can only guess that the one on Christmas was some kind of attempt at payback.

He does something like that and he still thinks he should be in charge of a place? Not to mention the robot he attacked me with went down pretty easily. Not the kind of things I want in charge of our defense.

It wasn't much of a challenge, but if you got enough of them together dealing with them might not be so easy. And I'd rather not see what he can make when he has the proper resources.
