[Blake shows up on the comm network leaning back against a wall with one arm wrapped around her ribs, wincing as she looks over her shoulders. She looks like a mess, scuffed up and battered looking. She glances once over her shoulder before turning her attention to the communicator.]

If anybody's free at the moment... I think I could use a ride.

[Her voice is a little strained, but anybody who knows her well enough can probably tell that means she's hurting worse than she's letting on.]

I... have some bad news about Yang.

[This is not what she needs to deal with right now. On top of Yang reappearing after weeks of being missing only to attack her, Adam's temper is not especially helpful right now. They need to figure out what happened to Yang, not chase her down for revenge.]

[The extra emphasis costs her another twinge of pain, and she hisses out a breath, wincing sharply.]

adam takes a deep breath, steeling himself and trying to become more composed. he doesn't want to cause her anymore pain, that's the last thing he wants. he stares at blake, just trying to read her and figure out this situation. she told him to stay away, wanting him to calm down- she was hurt and yet... protecting someone?

it was definitely yang that did this.

....Alright. I won't do anything rash. I can't just stand back while I know you're hurt though.
