[Action in the Bay]

[If anything, waking up and feeling like she slept too long wasn't that odd for the little vampire. It would take her a moment to get out of the groggy fog and start to catch on that this wasn't her room back in the mansion. She makes her way inward, gathering the box and rubbing at her eyes as it slowly dawns on her that she wasn't home. She glances about the Bay carefully, a worried expression slowly tinting with fear.]

Where...where is this place?

[If judging by the fact her wings are starting to tremble a bit...It might be a good thing to calm her down...]

Um..I guess I should say hello. My name is Flandre..is there really a lot of other people on this?

[Someone isn't used to this...]

[Mavis is exploring the Bay when she notices this girl comping out of the fog. She waves at her.]

Hey, there! Welcome to Genessia!

[Then she notices the wings and her smile grows wider. Can she fly with them? It might be rude to ask that right away but Mavis can't wait to know.]

I'm Mavis Vermillion. Nice to meet you.

[Once Flandre isn't so frightened, she'd probably be more then happy to show of a bit. But for now, a confused and scared looks crosses her face.]

Oh...Hello. I...I'm Flandre Scarlet. It-it's nice to meet you.

[It's been a while since she's met new people- Give her a moment.]

Um...What is Genessia?

[Kyrie's been in the same position, although she was a little less frightened.]

There are quite a few people here. Most of them are pretty nice, too.

[The whole 'Go to sleep at home and wake up in another place" isn't something she's a fan of.]

That's good. I like nice people...Why were people brought though?

[She can understand that sentiment. It was confusing at first.]

Kyrie isn't sure if there's a particular reason, but she believes she was sent here to help people.

[There is a soft giggle before a sweet voice rings out from her phone.]

There are a lot of people here, yes. Have you just arrived?

[Silly question really but it seems like a good place to start.]

My name is Levy. It's nice to meet you.

[Of course, silly questions are logical so it's helping!]

A few months. I've only really recently got settled.

[Though she lives at an Inn instead of a house.]

Maybe I can help you. For basics: we don't know our way home, we have some money to find a place to live but you should really get a job or go to the orphanage, I believe there are children there, a lot of strange things happen here and at times it can be dangerous so keep your eyes out and stay safe.

Oh..That's not very long.

[...Flandre you are almost 500. Of course that's not long.]

O-oh.....I guess that's okay..except how dangerous? Like hunters and bad people?

I might go to the orphanage for now and figure things out later. There isn't much I know how to do.

The people don't seem to bad. I would be careful but it's mostly things like spirits and monsters that could hurt you here.

[She hopes this girl is from a world were such things exist. It might make her more cautions to Levy's warning.]

Spirits and monsters? I guess that makes sense...

[Yeah, She knows of them but most of those are things she can take care of.]

Why would they hut us though? Did we do something bad?

I don't know.

[She pauses.]

I think there is something different about us being here though I can't say what.

Sakuya was preparing some food when her device beeped. She sighed... but it might be important, setting the large butcher's knife to the side and tossing a chunk of the meat trimmings to the begging werewolf who wouldn't leave her kitchen. She half pushed, half nudged one of Dracula's demonic maids out of the way, quickly washing off her hands before pulling her device out of her pocket and answering.

She froze solid, staring down at the device for a long moment before simply vanishing from the kitchen, leaving the poor maid to protect the meat from the greedy wolf. In addition a note was left next to Remilia informing her that Flandre may be at the bay...

A familiar sensation washed over Flandre. One of time's displacement followed by the comforting scent of a certain maid's perfume. "Young Mistress!" Sakuya was there already, though several paces away so as not to startle the blonde vampire. She pocketed her silver timepiece and crossing the distance in three strides. She half knelt to bring herself down to Flandre's level giving her quite the hug.

This whole thing was just terrifying and being alone for the moment wasn't helping. Part of her wanted to find a place to hide and another, more dangerous part was saying to empty her mind and let loose the fear into anger.

It was at the point she was trying to decide which voice to listen to when that familiar sensation came about. Flandre's eyes widened and the fear faded quickly. She drops the box, not even thinking twice about it before returning the hug carefully. Hurting Sakuya wasn't what she wanted to do, even if she was still shaking as she hid her face in the maid's shoulder.

"Sakuya! What's going on? Where are we? I wanna go home..."

Of course the rapid fire questions were probably to be expected...

Sakuya gave her a firm squeeze, warming Flandre up a little bit before letting go, holding her shoulders at arms length. She was going to need to choose her words carefully. Panic might result in a greater destruction of the bay than even Utsuho had wrought.

"Young Mistress. I'm so glad to see you're okay. And Lady Remilia will be elated too. She's been worried about you." She began straightening the younger sister's skirt, her collar, her sleeves before making sure her ascot folded properly. "Take long breath and calm down a little bit."

She let Flandre have a moment, rubbing her back a little. The maid picked up Flandre's box and stood up, smoothing her own apron. With Flandre worked up and on edge like this she was keeping her movements and words more relaxed and gentle than she would normally. Hopefully it would help. "We are in a place called Genessia. A new world, like when we moved to Gensokyo. None of us really want to be here and we're working on a way to get home as we speak. However, for now, we have to live here as best we can." She bowed to Flandre in apology. "Lord Vlad Tepes III has been kind enough to let Lady Remilia and I stay in his castle while we are here. We will go meet him once you've gotten a chance to see your Milady."

She gave Flandre's shoulder another gentle pat before offering her hand for the blonde to take when she was ready. They would be whisked away by the maid's time powers as soon as she felt she was ready to go.

The shaking was slowing down, the hug comforting and calming the little vampire down to push those voices in her head to the back of her mind. Flandre knew she had been found and was relatively safe for the time being. Although at the mention of her sister, that calm moment faded into curiosity and worry mixed in with a bit of fear.

"Remi is here too?!"

It might have sent her into a panic but the reminder to breath and calm down quickly halted that, causing Flandre to close her eyes and follow the instructions carefully. This place was scary and the fact it had people she knew and cared about was enough to make her want to let go of everything to try and solve it but...it wasn't the time for that. The shivering slowed down until she folded her wings behind her and re-opened her eyes, a lot calmer then she was before. "So...instead of being where we want to go- someone or something made us come here and won't let go? ...I think I understand. I...I'll be good and not do anything bad for now." Probably not the best thing to hear but at the very least she'd try not to cause any destruction for the time being. A safe guard until there was reason to let loose that little side and let that voice take over.

"Oh...Okay. I have to listen to him too then, right? But..I'm ready to see big sis...Please Sakuya?"

With that said, she took the offered hand gingerly, with a lot more care then she normally would use. Flandre promised to be on her best behavior and meant it.

[Izanami was taking a long walk him from work that morning, when she noticed a small girl near the bay. A new arrival, probably, and a scared one at that...

Tentatively, the Goddess approached, using her human guise for the time being.]

Hey. You've just arrived?

Huh?

[That's snapping Flandre out of fearfully looking about.]

Oh....yeah. I don't know what's going on..I'm supposed to be at home.

All of us are. Whatever power rules this place brings people here from their homes for no clear reason. It's irritating, but there are a lot of us who've arrived just as you have.

[There were only so many ways to politely explain 'so you've been taken to another world by forces unknown and can't get home easily'.]

People wise, the numbers are pretty big, but don't worry... I'm sure they won't hurt you or anything.

[Considering what can go on from time to time she cannot be certain.]

Oh...Okay if you say so. But...I don't think I understand why everyone is here..or why?

If no one has said why, odds are no one actually knows. However I like to think there are people trying to find the answer.

Oh...Maybe they will figure it out soon and things will be okay then?

It depends on how son you think. I've been here for a while myself and not a lot has changed in finding all the answers.

[Fai was carrying plenty of bags that he was taking home when he walked past the Bay, stopping when he saw someone near by.]

Hey, are you okay?

[Give her a moment before she shakes her head no.]

..No...I don't know where I am...or what's going on. Do you know?

Well you are in Genessia for one. It's part of five cities. Not sure how we are brought here or why, just know we are.

[And he said that with a smile still placed firmly on his face.]

[Flandre's quiet for a moment, looking down at the ground.She looks up after a moment.]

Genessia...Okay. But why is there so many places?

Who knows, but maybe there are many places in one world, like I assume there usually is.

[He just always ends up staying in one part of it usually. Before he came here of course.]

[Yukiko didn't live far from the Bay and so made trips to and from often to see if there were any new people. Today was a lucky day for her.]

Excuse me? Do you need a place to stay?

I...I don't know. What's going on?

[Once she found out Remilia and Sakuya were there she'd be alright but she didn't know that yet.]

A lot of people don't when they first arrive and that is normal.

[She just needed to help her in anyway possible.]

[A pause and then a small nod, pulling her wings in tightly against her back.]

...Yes...I wanna know what I can. Please?

[She nodded slightly before she starts to walk.]

Then please follow me, you can ask questions as we walk though if you'd like depending on what you want to know exactly.

[Danilla just was walking around, thankfully not with any weapons on her or anything and when she reached the Bay all she did was tilt her head, watching the person that was there. Not speaking at all and instead just staring at a really creepily. She stays there for at least five minutes before speaking finally.]

You came from that place?

[Well...Flandre's not good with social cues as it is so the creepy bit isn't noticed. When Danilla speaks, it gets the little vampire to turn to her.]

Uh...Yeah. I dunno why though. I'm supposed to be home.

Home. Home is not here. However people seem to make another place home.

[She turns her head slightly, no expression, no emotion, nothing.]

But..it still isn't home...Even if it can be one for now I guess...

[A little sigh. ]

So you are from another place too?

I am. This is not where my master lives.

[Though considering what happened with her, she probably had no way of getting back alive.]

Do you need help, miss?

[The voice that comes through is clearly that of a young boy.]

Yeah, there's a lot of people. Anyway, my name's Gohan. I guess you're new here, huh?

[If anything, the younger voices are helping out to a point. Even with how old she is, Flandre still is so childish.]

Oh...So it's normal then...Okay. And you're right! I am new here.

[A little less scared sounding now, she sounds a bit cheerful!}

Well, um. I don't think anybody's figured out how to leave yet. It's just a really hard puzzle. A lot of the stuff that keeps us here wasn't even possible in some people's homes, and that makes it harder.
