[The lid to the pod slowly unseals...then cracks off of its hinges, kicked off by a jutting boot from within the cocoon. The lid flips through the air, crashing off of the ceiling and rebounding into the water with a noisy clanging splash. The boot, attached to a strong and shapely leg, goes back down, and the curvy blonde inside of the pod sits up. She yawns. With a few blinks, she smiles, and looks down at the box. She gives it a cursory examination along with its contents, but doesn't bother doing more than skimming the pamphlet before she hoists herself out of the pod. Both boots hit the shallow water, splashing her legs as she strides for the exit. She can read the brochures later; she'd rather get a look at where she is with her own eyes.]
[Genessia seems to be consumed in a cold but gentle rain. Yang peeks out, holding out her hand to feel the drops on her fingers. Crummy weather! She looks at her box.]
Well...better than nothing, I guess!
[Holding the box over her head as a makeshift umbrella, she dashes off to the left. It feels like it's been years since she stretched her legs, and she's eager for the exploration and exercise. She's also eager to find someplace warm and dry.]

[Some time later, Yang's grinning face appears on the screen. Her wild mass of thick blonde hair, wet from the rain, is being rubbed idly with a towel.]
I'm guessing none of you guys would know how to get to Vale from here.
[Yeah, she knows she's not going anywhere anytime soon.]
So tell me.
[She drops the towel in her lap and fluffs out her hair, then settles her chin into her hand, grinning.]
What does a girl do for fun around here?

Super-late, but [Action]
She sees a blonde girl running in the distance, covering herself with the same box she got when she arrived here. Seeing as this teenager is in the same situation as her, Sofia thought of signaling the girl to take cover under the flower shop's roof.]
[Action]
[Ducking underneath the veranda, Yang lowers her box and shakes out her head of wild golden hair before smiling at Sofia.]
Is it always this wet around here?

[Still grinning, Yang takes this moment to look around her. None of this city looks even remotely familiar to her. The architecture is similar to what she'd find in Vale, but there's still something a little...different. Something she can't quite put her finger on.]
Sooooo...do you know of any good places to warm up, dry off, maybe get a bite to eat?

[Sofia contemplated on using her suit to fly there since it doesn't look like the rain is going to stop anytime soon anyway...]

How far is 'far'?

[Sofia sighed, lighting scratching her right temple while considering what to do next]
But I could get you there in less than a minute... I was hoping to investigate the Bay until this rain came out of nowhere and stopped me.

[Especially if she really hustles. Fifteen minutes, then. If the rain doesn't let up in that amount of time, Yang will-- Hang on, covering a fifteen minute walk in less than a minute? Color Yang intrigued.]
That place?
[She thumbs at the Bay.]
Just a bunch of water and creepy silver coffins. What's this about getting somewhere in less than a minute?

[Sofia gives Yang a smug smirk before mentally activating her suit. From out of nowhere, metallic plates materialized around Sofia, assembling itself to create a shell that conforms to the shape of her body. The sound of clicking plates as they connect, and revving of small gears fastening the armor parts was loud enough to outshine the rain. The whole transformation only took a couple of seconds, with the helmet still half-way collapsed just enough to show Sofia's face. Then Sofia looked to Yang]
I hope you like flying.

I love flying.

[Sofia's helmet closed over her face, making a crisp click as the pieces connect. She carried Yang on her arms, bridal-style, before the four winglets on her back lift to fire-up her jetpack. They launched with a loud boom and appeared like a streak of light in the sky. Sofia slowed down and took the long route to give Yang a little joyride 1000 feet in mid-air. Sofia wasn't kidding when she said they'll make it to the cafe in less than a minute. Taking a sudden drop from the sky to the ground, Sofia activated her air brakes just before safely landing, sparing the cement road from a destructive drop]
There we are. It's still raining, so hurry to the door.

Thanks for the lift!
[Yang grins back over her shoulder, box held over her head once more, and dashes energetically for the karaoke bar.]
