001 💕 In the Bay
Nui listens patiently while the hologram finishes speaking. "Weiss Schnee, huh? Must be important..."
She looked down at her pendant, noting the large singular red stone, quickly running through the pamphlet that seemed to indicate Nova City. She figured out which archway was which and headed through, stepping into a world of tall building and machines.
Nui's smile grew wide as she took in the environment.
"Oooh, this could be fun~"
[ OOC: Hit up Nui in the bay or in Nova City. PM me if you want to arrange a starter! ]

At the Bay!
More curious than anything else she made her way over to it, mostly unseen, her head tilted to one side, then the other. Blonde. She had never seen so much blonde on one person before. Ever. And never had she seen such amazing corkscrews. Luna Child could take lessons from this newcomer!
Forgoing her passive obfuscation, Koishi zipped forward, poking Nui's shoulder repeatedly, giggling. "Miss! Miss! Your hair is amazing! How do you get it to do that? It's so pretty! Miss? Miss!"
no subject
Nui didn't seem to mind being poked so much... or at least, she didn't visibly show it.
"Tell you what, I'll tell you about my hair if you tell me about that thing-" she pointed at Koishi's third eye.
no subject
At least she had stopped poking, the artery over her left shoulder twisting into a loose heart. "... Ohhh. Your eye is covered too. Did you hurt it? Mine got cut with a big knife."
no subject
"Well that's good to hear, I was really scared for a moment there! My eye was cut out by a mean old man who didn't understand his place! He's super dead now~!"
no subject
"Ohhh! Please don't lie. I can sense them still. It's okay if you weren't scared of me. People think I'm cute most of the time. I don't mind that either."
She leaned in to examine the eyepatch, letting the sphere go. It drifted up, nudging Nui's shoulder gently. "Oh. That's fair I suppose. You mortal creatures are really fragile, huh?" At least she didn't call Nui human.
"It's a nice shade of purple though. I really like it. It's just enough without being too much and goes really well with your pink and yellow and pretty smile. All those colors match your mind really nicely. It makes me feel energized and... maybe a little nervous? But in a good way. Excited. And a bit impatient!"

JUST A BIT!
In Nova City
[Gamagori had been doing his normal rounds, helping where he was needed and doing whatever Satsuki had laid out for him. He didn't see Nui at first, but rather... felt her presence. The hair on the back of his neck stood up as he could've sworn a music box was playing somewhere. He shrugged the feeling off until he rounded a corner and nearly stepped on her. He wasn't sure how much she knew about Satsuki's rebellion, so he kept his gut reaction in check.]
You. High Courtier. When did you get here?
no subject
[ Someone recognized her, that was interesting. Was that one of Satsuki's 'goku' uniforms? The second one she'd seen so far, if that was the case. ]
Apologies for the lateness.
[Hmm. Timeline shenanigans. If she didn't recognize him, that also means she's clueless about Satsuki's rebellion, ill fated as it may be. Best to keep that under wraps. He snaps to attention, hands behind his back and nods.]
Briefly. I am Gamagori Ira, Disciplinary Board Chairman at Honnouji Academy.
no subject
Ah, so you're one of Satsuki-chan's trained monkey's, huh?
[ Well that was troublesome! It didn't look like that surprise visit was gonna happen after all! Unless she took... steps that is. ]
no subject
[For now, at least, he's allowing himself a little optimism. Even so, the whole trained monkey remark, his already deep natural scowl deepened.]
...Yes, I am one of Satsuki-sama's Elite Four. My car is nearby. If you would like I can set up a meeting with Satsuki-sama.
[Even as he finishes the sentence, he reaches for his communication device.]
[OOC: Nui has free reign to do whatever she wants with Gama at the moment. /o/]

At least, not yet.
It wasn't until he saw the girl - clearly not of this world, if that hair was anything to go by - that he nearly dropped his boxes of dissolving surgical thread and laser-cut, ceramic scalpels. Something about her gave him similar vibes to the Wretched Egg. }
Oh? Fun? ☆ { He nearly dropped his supplies again when he felt the urge to clap his hands. He had to suppress it. } Fun how? I'm guessing you're not a tourist.
no subject
Are there tourists here? Where do they come from~?
no subject
{ A shiver travels up his spine as he thinks about it. He hadn't seen Shiro in a while. Maybe that's where she went... maybe the Wretched Egg finally got bored enough to wake up and go pay the place a visit.
Hagire snaps out of his reminiscing, and turns back to Nui. }
Gotta say, though, love the hair. Shiro-chan would, too, if she saw it. ☆

There are people who visit besides the people with the stones?
[ She ran a finger along the edge of her pendant to illustrate. ]
How do they get here?
no subject
{ He should have been more clear about that. He shrugs. }
I loved those things. They fought each other for sport, and our entertainment. ☆ { And if Mewtwo heard him say that, he'd try to kill him. }

[Action] Genessia
He's more distracted by her hair than her dress, really, as it takes up easily as much space as she does. Wouldn't having hair that long feel heavy? Regardless, he walks over and peers up at her. They're near Weiss' holographic display, complete with maps and other information.]
Hello, miss. Did you just arrive here?
[He tips his hat politely, blinking.]
I'm Luke.
no subject
[ Oh it's a local brat. ]
Hello there! Are you all by yourself? Is your mother off somewhere laying more spawn?
no subject
He bristles, but it's brief--a momentary puff of his cheeks, his ears red, because how dare she say such things about his mum of all people!
And then it's gone, because that's not why he came over to greet her and the Professor would be cross if he lost his temper with a lady. Or something like that. Even still, his ears are quite red, and the cheerful British accent is replaced with something far more...irritable.]
.....when I see new people, I like to offer them a copy of the map I've been working on.
[He won't even look at Nui as he fishes through his bag, finding his notebook and pulling out the copy of the map. It's got notations above several hand-labeled businesses, and additional notes off to the side. Luke offers it to her.]
I'm glad Miss Kiryuin helped with the photocopy machine in the library. I used to make copies by hand, but this is much easier and I always have a copy or two with me.
[He's literally about to throw this map at you, Nui.] That's really all, miss. I don't want to interrupt you, but some people seemed to find it helpful.
no subject
Miss Kiryuin helped with a photocopy machine? She sure sounds like a helpful lady!
[ Looks like you said the magic words, Luke. ]
Does she help out in a lot of places~?
no subject
From talking about mums and spawn to gushing about Satsuki and helping? Something doesn't sit quite right. He fiddles with his hat.]
She's better at that kind of technology than I am, at least she was. She's taught me a lot about some of the things here that I didn't know about at home. Do you know her from your home?

And let's not get into the halls. The halls leave a lot to be desired; walking through the Guardian Office is probably just a step up from walking through a prison made of steel and blinking screens. Decorum is clearly the lower priority on Satsuki's list. But with a bit of finagleing, Nui would be able to set up her fun little plot.
Once Nue reaches Satsuki's office, the doors would slide open to reveal completely different room- It is decorated to mimic a traditional japanese room. Satsuki is seated at the left of the table, staring intently at a holographic screen with reports of various activities going about Nova.
It seems she keeps a fairly tight leash on the city. To no one's surprise. It sure is inconvenient not having Inumuta working with her though...

"Your tea, Guardian Kiryuin." It carried a tray with a pot of tea and an ornate cup and saucer.
no subject
That doesn't last long, of course. After she took a small sip, the cup was set back upon the saucer then to the table. "It's off. ... Who brewed this tea?"
