Stay away!

[Levy's running from her store when her nightmare catches up with her. Her feet trip over themselves sending her crashing towards the cold ground. Her phone drops from her hand, her attempts to call for help useless and yet the video feed begins to play. Those watching see the blue haired girl with stains on her cheeks and dirt covering her dress, there is fear in her gaze as she turns back to look at who’s chasing her.

A low chuckle can be heard but before the man chasing her comes into view the feed ends.]

You forgot? Let me remind you.

[The words are thick and heavy, a cruel note to his tone as he slowly steps closer. Levy shakes her head, her heart aching knowing that she forgot her friend. It doesn't matter if they weren't close. He had told her to be strong, to keep fighting and yet she let the memory slip away thinking of some greater good.

Is it even worth it?]

I didn't mean to.

[Except she did, there is no undoing it. Tears freely begin to streak down her face as the Redfox steps closer. Each moment only adding to the fear and pain she held in her heart, knowing what she’s done; Levy doesn't even try to escape.]

[She moves fast. She knows the way - Levy did offer her a job there, didn't she? And Levy's one of the only people she counts as a friend, here...]

[Levy feels as if she has little choice but to stay put. However that doesn't stop the man who's currently following her. She thought that she had settled this, that her fears could be faced but somehow this seems twisted.

As if it's something more than just her fears.]

Please hurry.

[The phone isn't close enough to be heard but the young wizard is sobbing.]

[She runs as fast as she can.

She's small, so it's not that fast. But she'll get there.]

[When she arrives Levy can be found on the floor of her shop. A shadow of herself standing over the still figure.]

You're to late.

[The copy grins as she walks past Levy and over towards the front of the door. Levy is curled in a ball on the floor. Her palms over her ears with tears gently streaming down her cheeks. She's softly whispering praying for the voices to end.]

[She throws a fire ball at the retreating copy. She isn't going to leave Levy's side... but short of that, she's not going to let that villain go.]

Stop right there!

[The shadow just smiles as the fireball collides with it. Then it vanishes in a bright flash of light.

Levy looks up at her friend with a weak smile.]

I'm sorry. I wasn't strong enough.

[Her voice is soft as she slowly tries to rise.]

...Don't be stupid... [She bends down to grab at Levy's arm, and try and tug her up. Hard for a small girl.]

You'll be fine!

[Levy raises to her feet though her legs are shaking. It's hard to tell what happened to her however her arm is injured.]

I know...but I still couldn't...

[She's weak, so much weaker than those she knows in Fairy Tail.]

You have to stand up... She could come back. [Zeira isn't strong enough on her own!]

You're right.

[Levy nods realizing that whatever is happening will continue and yet her heart is already twisted in knots. Her legs feel like they are shake and each step is painful. She doesn't feel as if anyone can comfort her now.]

We should go.

[She starts to walk. It's hard supporting a full grown woman, but...]

[Which is where Levy's house is.]

It's where I live.

[She doesn't mean to repeat herself but she's a little out of it. Each step feels shaky and she feels horribly drained.]

[Zeira just walks gritting her teeth. She holds onto the shaky adult]

Just keep walking okay?

[Levy nods weakly as the slowly make their way to the archway. It seems like Levy's nightmares are sedated and all that's left is the haunting within her own thoughts.]

Yeah...

[She looks down at the younger girl and feels her heart twist.]

Why did you come?

......Don't say things like that. I'm your friend, aren't I?

[Levy snuffs while tears begin to brim at the corner of her eyes.]

Yeah. Thanks.

[She trudges in silence, still holding Levy.

After a minute.]

I'll always come for you.

[Levy nods and slowly begins to wipe away her tears.]

I know.

[She smiles slightly though it's broken.]

You're in Fairy Tail.

That's not why.

Even before I joined... You were already my friend.

[Levy suddenly feels like she's going to cry again and it isn't because of what's happened. As they continue forward the archway comes into view.]

I'm glad. You're my friend too.

[She walks a little faster, blushing.]

What was that thing?

[Levy shakes her head.]

I don't know. It's like it's taken my fear and made it real.

Your fear? [She glances at Levy.]

[Levy nods feeling her heart steady as they walk closer to the archway. She feels as if getting away from Fayren will help.]

Yes, I'm not very strong and everyone has the things they are afraid of.

[She doesn't know if she wants to talk about it here.]

Everything I feared has already happened....
