Welp, this is... something, isn't it? [She's not even surprised anymore considering her life has been quite... random in the past few weeks. And while Max appreciated the few days of calm that followed certain events, she desperately needed a break to mend her emotional wounds, she suspected  the crazy stuff would never end. At least for once it doesn't seem like her powers to alter time and travel through her own piceturs but... ] This is Maxine Caulfield, I am from Arcadia Bay, Oregon, United States... Earth. Does anyone recognize those names?
I already visited the informative stand at the entrance of the bay but... is this place, world, only really formed by five cities? [Attleon seems a pleasant place to live in, at least according to the brochures but she's still taking it in. One day is just having eggs and bacon in her favorite diner and the next thing she remembers is waking up in that weird place. At least she got to keep her camera, that's something. In the meanwhile pardon her while she hoards the brouchures, you never know when you may need an important telephone number or information.]

[ Lucy's life is FULL of random and crazy. Mostly because her partner was random and crazy. Though he'd probably accuse her of the same, she'd insist she was the most normal one in the guild back home, darnit. But that was neither here nor there. There's a pretty blonde smiling hesitantly back into the feed to welcome you, Max. ]

Hi Maxine - my name is Lucy; Lucy Heartfilia. Sorry to say I'm not familiar with any of those names - where I'm from the world is called EarthLAND, not Earth. But I'm sure there are some people here who might be from Earth, even if it isn't the same place you're from.

As for you other question - yes, there are only five cities -- as far as we're aware at least. There's a barrier that prevents us from going outside the realm of those cities, but - trust me, yoooou... don't want to be going out there anyway.

[Well, at least she seems like another human, that's already a good thing considering she already saw strange creatures walk around. Max turns on the video function of her device and offers an insecure smile back

Hi Lucy, you can call me Max. [She listen and nods, trying to take everything in. From an hologram it still felt a bit... unreal, fake, but hearing this from another person? Wow...] This is a lot to take in, isn't it? Have you... how long have you been here? It sounds like you're familiar with this place... Genessia, isn't it?

[ Lucy rubbed her face a little, still tired from the past week's shenanigans. But it would be rude to yawn in a newcomer's face - she smiled a little bit more at the response. ]

Okay then, Max. [ She paused at the question. ]

Genessia... well I don't live in -this- city; I live in Fayren, actually. But I've been in this world, oh...three months? But apparently I've been here before, was sent home, and then pulled back again. I don't remember anything about being here before - but this is probably the third time I've been yanked to another world like this.

I feel like a yo-yo.

This... doesn't even remotely seems crazy enough to me even if the whole idea of someone being pulled more than once and having his or her memories deleted everytime seems... I mean... you know.

[The girl crosses her arms, listening and nodding. Three months, mh? Well, considering the holo-guide told her she might have to restart a new life here it's not such a big surprise.]

Ahaha.. you know if someone had told me all of this the first time it happened to me, I would probably not believe them - so I don't blame you for thinking it's kind of crazy.

Me? Yeah I'll.. be fine. Just had some rough nights trying to sleep. There was some jerk mage in Fayren that decided it'd be hilarious to force the people who lived in this part of the city to relive their deepest fears. Charmer. That kind of thing doesn't happen a lot though, thankfully.
