[ Alice so doesn't look so cool right now with her feet freezing off, so she avoids using video for now. She'll wait until she has some kind of intimidating background to up her street cred for video eventually... For now, she's okay with chastising her kidnappers with a heavy pout in her voice. ]

What kind of joke is it where you put new arrivals in the middle of a pond in winter so their pants freeze when they get out?! Do you hear that kidnappers? You need to rethink your methods!

[ SHE HAS VERY COLD CHEF PANTS RIGHT NOW. And has no explanation because Glory destroyed the hologram and the cold just honestly made her drop her pamphlet in the water, so she's given up and started wandering around in the snow. Alice is going around Genessia pressing her face on windows until someone lets her in out of the cold. ]

[ Aceman sounds to Alice like someone who should've been around when Erina was taking her stuff and telling her that her cakes sucked when she was a kid, honestly. ]

[She frowns as the girl pretty much insults both her and her childhood hero at the same time. But she's been kidnapped so, she must still be in shocked.]

Aceman can't be everywhere at the same time. Genessia is a very big place, a lot bigger than Deadman Wonderland.

[Ryo might not be checking his device right now, if he had, he would have already been on his way there. Fortunately for Alice, though, Ryo was in his yellow food cart not far away from the Bay. The scent of his food cut through the cold air easily.]

Thank you for your business. [He spoke to a customer as he handed them their food so they could be off. His hot and spicy to-go ramen have been selling extremely well in this sort of weather. He was glad he made that change to the menu.]

[ Alice is off trying to stare through some window to see if they'll open up and let her warm her feet when her nose catches something. A couple of sniffs with her eyes closed and.. wow, that smells familiar, even if the spices are different. Bold and full of fighting spirit... It couldn't be, could it?

Much like the infamous toucan, Alice followed her nose until it lead her to the source.

Instead of expressing something normal like her happiness to see a familiar face or even looking shocked, Alice sidled up to the side of the cart and smacked her hand down on his shoulder. ]

Look at you, cooking even when you've been kidnapped! Where did you get new pants without money? Don't tell me you've been cooking with wet pants... [ Alice is definitely looking down, expecting him to be soggy shoe'd. Someone really needs to explain her somethings.. ]

[The moment he felt the hand on his shoulder, he looked up, prepared to give the person a death glare for touching him without permission. But that look instantly softened when he saw who it was that was touching him.]

..Alice? What... [When did she get here? What was she talking about kidnapped? Well..they were..kind of. But.]

Miss, when did you arrive? [He almost couldn't believe that she was here. Did he miss her? Honest, yes. Was he going to say that? No.] I have been here for five months.

[ The what and when questions were quickly decided irrelevant when Ryo said he'd been there for five months. Alice would inevitably answer them later, but the fact that he'd said five months was more than a distraction from his inquiries. He had to be screwing with her, but he didn't really look like it. ]

Your joking's taking a pretty ridiculous direction, Ryo.

[ Even so, she says it much more seriously than the teasing that it sounds like. Mostly because she gets the feeling he's not joking... ]

Most of my hot drinks are of the best quality. As for pants, I always tend to keep spare clothes at my cafe because people tend to stay in the back for one reason or another.

[ She's got a look on her face that clearly says she's heard that a hundred thousand times before and she's not buying that they're the best quality for a second, but she's still smiling like she's trying not to laugh. [Dining out has never really been Troy's thing. It's not that he hated it, it's just hard to find a restaurant that offered healthy food. It sucks that he has to abstain from the good stuff all the time except for certain days, but that's the price of having physical abilities at the peak of human capabilities. Gotta maintain it with proper diet. So he's understandably a little bummed on having to setting for some turkey sandwich wraps for the millionth time.

Troy sat by the window of the restaurant, reading a digital copy of a magazine article while eating. Just as he makes another bite he hears something press against the glass window behind him. A teenage girl? In a chef's outfit? That certainly made him pause and look at Alice like what the hell is she doing? Slowly, he extends his arm, lightly poking the glass her face was pressing on]

The Global Innovator, queen of gastronomics, so well versed in the chemical aspects of food that she can take whatever she wants and make it into whatever she wants it to be. [ It's a restaurant and it's warm, but without money she can't actually afford to buy any food and therefore getting a table would just be rude to the owners. But if she's sitting with someone, at least she's not taking up a table that could be fed. ]

[Hearing that muffled request from the outside, Troy couldn't help but be amused. It was rather cold outside, and wearing that outfit in the cold would be torture. He gives her a friendly smile and motioned her over to come in and sit with him.]

Alright, come on before you turn into a human popsicle.

[As Alice enters the restaurant, Troy pulls out a chair for her so she could just sit and warm herself up. He picked the seat that's closest to the heater too]

From the looks of your clothing, I take it you just got here. Welcome. I hope having to walk knee deep in water wasn't such a bad first impression.

[ Alice hurried into the front and declared herself a part of his table, sitting down across from him and trying very hard not to shiver. Normally, Alice wouldn't take her shoes off but since they're nearly frozen with water that had gotten cooler trudging through the snow, she'd rather not lose her feet to frostbite. They're somewhat important to her. ]

It was a pretty terrible first impression. Where am I?
