First Race [Action/Text]

[Action]

[Even after seeing that lady in the hologram, reading the info she got, and understanding how to use the communication device she got, Vanellope still wasn't completely calm. Sure, she was safe here. But she couldn't go back home. That was the thing that bothered her the most. She knew things would be okay back in Sugar Rush; she'd appointed Taffyta to take care of things if she ever disappeared so their game wouldn't get taken down. It'd cause suspicion if she was gone for too long, though. And she knew Ralph and the others would be really worried about her.

As she stepped out into Genessia City proper, she tried to follow the green line on the map as best she could - trying to avoid suspicious areas or people. She'd learn the area over time, if she had to stay here. That wasn't much of an issue. What was was her fright of being in an unfamiliar area and not knowing anyone here.

It's completely possible to get her attention though, especially as she's getting out said communication device to send a text. After all, she wanted control of her emotions while she spoke to anyone else, and using the text option seemed like the best bet.]

So... a couple of questions from a newcomer...

Is there really no way to go back home? And if not, does time still pass while we're here?

How do we find if others from our own worlds have come here?

Believe me, myself and my husband would have been long gone by now if that were the case. I don't mind this place too terribly much, but I'd rather have the option of seeing my brother.

[Could be worse. Could be found via worse methods, like if she'd been left alone for too long and maybe caused a ruckus herself. Oops.]

You figure out which city you're going to stay in? Though I guess city is... relative, given on where it is. [As in she's not going near one of them with a ten foot pole for... reasons.]
