[Nagisa was as chipper as ever. He had some news and he couldn't help but want to share it to the world. As he managed to switch on the feed, his smile was widening a little more with each second.]

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas~ I thought I would let everyone know that the calenders are done and out and the money will go to the swim club. Buuuuut...

[He gives a pause, if someone were to play close attention they would be able to hear barking in the background. It wasn't long until he was looking over for a brief moment a brief look of panick sweeps over him as he quickly moves away from the device to deal with something, which could be heard in the background.]

He-Hey! Don't chew on that?! Rei-chan will get mad!

[There appeared to be things getting knocked over before Nagisa came back with a cute little golden labrador puppy in his arms. Once he sat down, trying his best to keep the puppy from running off he speaks once more.]

I also got a puppy~! A girl, whom I actually have yet to name. But look how adorable she is~

[He holds her up to the device as she just wriggles briefly before he holds her back.]

I think that was all I wanted to say... Well except for one question. How does one stop a puppy from ripping and chewing things that they shouldn't?

It depends on the breed. She looks like a retriever. They're used in duck hunting mostly.

[He nods.]

I grew up on a farm.

Poor ducks... what would they have done to a dog.

[He is joking slightly, but he doubt he'll be hunting for duck ever.]

Oh! A farm... What was that like?

[He chuckles at that.] Nothing. They just fetch them once we've shot them. They're...to eat?

[And he smiles fondly at the memory of Hartland.] It was...simple. Pure. Hartland is on the other side of the Boundary. Darken Rahl's influence never touched it. People there...still remember what it's like to be happy, and if I have anything to say about it, it's going to stay that way.

Ah! I thought you were thinking that duck killing was for fun or something. Food I guess is another matter.

[She paused for a moment, people knew what it was like to be happy... That was an odd thing to say in his mind.]

Was... your world so horrible then that people didn't usually know what it's like to be happy?

[He smiles.] Well, it is fun, but then you get to eat it, which is better.

[And that smile falters.] If Darken Rahl has his way, it will be.

But... why would someone want to do that? Being happy is a good thing.

{Just sad to think about people being that way.]

All Rahl wants is power and complete control of the Three Territories.

[A pause.]

...you've never...tell me about your world, Nagisa. [Because you're innocent, and you don't deserve to know what true evil is.] What is it like?

[Nagisa admittedly didn't understand why someone would want to do something like that, it was enough to make him frown slightly.]

My world isn't anything as bad. Though I believe quiet a few people know of the country I'm from though, but not necessarily live there. But let's just say there is nothing special about it.

There's a lot of bad in the world, that's true. There's also a lot of good, and good people. [He smiles, but looks a little confused.] Of course it's special. It's your home. Come on. Tell me one thing your home has that makes it unique.

As I mentioned my world might be similar to others here, so I can't really say what would make it unique without just saying my friends. For me they are what make my world special.

[And that gets a grin from Richard.] I think anyone with friends would say the same, Nagisa, and there may be other worlds like yours, but there aren't any other worlds with them. Are they here?

Rei-chan, Gou-chan and Sousuke-chan are here, but so far Haru-chan, Mako-chan and Rin-chan I have yet to see. But then that's adding a few more people I have yet to see as well like Ai-chan.

[He does notice all their names sound similar, but there aren't anything like Japanese honorifics in his world, so he has nothing to compare it to.]

They all sound important to you.

[He can recognize that much, at least.]

And I'm glad they're here. No one should have to be alone.

That's because they are important to me. Friends are important to me after all.

[And he would never want them to not be friends. After all they've been through really and from the last thing he remembered it was okay.]

Friends should always be important. [He accentuates his point with a nod.] You should always keep the people you love close to you.

[He nodded slightly.]

Well at least here we do that. I live with one friend and the others live across from us. So I know to keep them close.

[He smiles.]

That's good. It's good to have your loved ones near you.

[A pause.]

And now you also have a fierce companion. What are you going to name her?

I don't know, I mean I am looking up names for the mean time, but I'll let you know as soon as I find one I like.

[He just gives a small but simple smile.]

[Richard nods.]

She'll make a fine dog. Make sure it's a good name.

I will do, though how do you know it is a good name?

[He wasn't sure how to tell.]

Let her tell you.

If you find a name you like, ask her if she likes it.

Okay, thank you for the help. I'll be taking it all into my head and keeping it there.

[He chuckles.] If you go with what feels right, you can't be steered wrong.

[He just nods slightly before he hears something. he figured now it's best if he goes.]

I will do... But now I should really get going before they do something I will have to pay for.

[As he said that, he switched the feed off.]
