The capsule slides open, but it's occupant doesn't immediately rise to a sitting position. He's in what appears to be a Victorian overcoat, an unbuttoned dress shirt beneath, casual slacks, and worn but finely crafted shoes. Instead of opening his eyes, he begins, in a posh London accent, to make a list aloud.

"The lap of water, but no current. Something large, perhaps a small craft, has recently ceased disturbing the pool. The echoes, along with the faint scent of earth, suggest I am deep underground, but the temperature suggests I am not deep below, but simply within. Very curious.

and what is this weight...?" Without sitting or standing, he reaches up to the box poised on his chest with both hands, moving them across the plain box's surface in an exploratory fashion. Finding the box has no lock, he moves it from his chest and moves to a sitting position, sliding the lid from it and meticulously going through its contents.

He pulls the communicator from the box, turning it over in his hand as his sharp grey eyes flit across its surface. "Transparent, but not made of glass. Interesting." He then pull the pamphlet from the box and begins to read. "More and more interesting..."

[Whoever is using the communicator is clearly new, but they seem to have taken to it's use impressively well.]

Good evening. I apologize for the late hour, but new arrivals to this "Genessia" don't seem to follow any sort of defined schedule. My name is Sherlock Holmes. I've read through the provided materials and listened to the rather clever recording of that charming girl, but I would rather more first-hand accounts as to the nature of this place. I thank you in advance for your generosity.

That is true, but the way Percival and Brahm behave...the way they talk about experimenting on everything, living or not...

[She just shrugs in the end. It was hard to really describe the Twin Science Nerds' behavior.]

You'd have to meet them to see what I mean.

Tenacity...I suppose one could call it that...

[She has no idea what to call it, really.]

Well...I don't really know what else to call it.

They have a sort of "tenacity" that would send chills down your spine.

...So I'll take that to mean that you're a lot like them?

Well, you seem to share their love for science, if nothing else.

[There's probably no one else like Percival and Brahm either.]
