[At first there's static on the feed, though the static quickly turns into a low gravely and slightly distorted laugh.]
It seems that the heroes are gathering like moths to a flame. Such righteousness and bravery, it's almost palpable.
I simply have one question for all these heroes...
...How many of you have braved the pits of the Burning Hells, seen the horrors within, and escaped with your lives?
I doubt many - if any - of you have... but you will soon. Very soon...
[The laugh returns as the feed starts to fade, though it sounds more unhinged and distorted than before...]

You want a hint? Follow the smoke and sirens. And if you're too slow, then I can't guarantee the safety of the neighboring houses.
[Video --> Action?]
[He sends a quick text to the people he knows are conscious to let them know what's basically going on. Luckily he's been practically living in his gear lately so he heads for Attleton.
He should really learn how to drive.]
[Video --> Action]
[While waiting for Jaune to arrive, Diablo decides to make his way upstairs into the heart of the burning building, relishing in the chaos that arrives shortly after as fire crews begin to furtively attempt to save the house, not that water does a whole lot against his brand of flames.]
[Action]
[Well. He probably should have brought the bucket. But he's not sure how much help it would be. Jaune comes to a stop outside, staring at the building, completely lost. He ran there, so his stamina is already down. He activates his aura and shouts at the top of his lungs.]
HEY! LORD OF TERROR! WHY DON'T YOU SHOW YOUR FACE INSTEAD OF HIDING LIKE A COMIC BOOK VILLAIN OF THE WEEK!
[Action]
Oh I look forward to breaking you. So noble and selfless. Almost as if compensating for something...
[Action]
Yeah I've already heard all that before. [He hasn't, but he forces it down. He moves his shield to guard more of his body and raises his sword to try and strike at Diablo's chest.]
[Action]
Tell me child, what is it you fear?
[Action]
Shut up shut up SHUT UP!
[Action]
Where's that bravado you showed earlier? Your righteous rage? Is that truly all you can do in the face of evil?
Some hero.
[Action]
A hero? He's not a hero. He's helpless, he's always been helpless. No matter what anyone said... He couldn't--
He screams, running to grab his shield and toss it at Diablo's face.]
I'm going to stop you!
[Action]
That's more like it. The greater the bravado, the sweeter the terror when it all comes crashing down. I wonder... which bones should I break first?
[Action]
There is no other choice.
Jaune stands perfectly still, trapped by his decision. He tries to talk himself down, but he can't. He's made his choice. He takes a deep breath, finding that it does nothing to stop his legs from feeling like lead, or any more confident in his decision. He closes his eyes before he stares up at Diablo. He doesn't bother to hide his fear as he walks up to him and tries to take hold of his sword again.]
Go ahead and do it.
[Diablo might notice that he's glowing white now as he fully activates his aura.]
[Action]
[...as the hand makes contact with Jaune's shoulder, the resulting flash of light is enough to cause Diablo to take a step back, his opposing hand coming to shield his eyes. When it subsides, Jaune's sword had been pulled free, and the broken claws on the hand that had went for the shoulder were leaking a black tar-like substance. Diablo seemed to be in no pain, but he inspected his hand for a moment before another chuckle echoed in his throat.]
...Interesting. We will have to do this again soon, Crusader. Keep your eyes open for another burning building to go charging into.
[And with that, he simply turns to leave, giving Jaune a chance to strike his back if he chose. ...But Diablo would be expecting that.]
[Action]
Didn't you hear me? I said I'm going to stop you!
[In a blind rage, he runs to try and strike Diablo's back. He doesn't care, this time he's not releasing his weapon even if he burns himself in the process.]
[Action]
Your time will come, child. But first I will break that resolve of yours, but on my time. I want to draw this out as much as I can.
[He begins to laugh as shadows swirl around him and smoke begins to envelop him. A strong gust of wind later and all that was left of the encounter was a pentagram scorched into the pavement and his twisted laughter echoing through the area.]
