[On screen is Grell, looking pretty bored, or tired. Maybe both. Either way, she isn't really all that chipper at the moment.]

To that anonymous person who complained about charges to their account in the newspaper: that wasn't our fault. Your machine had multiple viruses on it, and any one of them could have made those charges! [She crosses her arms as her boredom quickly changes to anger.] If you think Aster Technologies would give you money without proof of our negligence, then you must be dreaming!

[A pause.]

We should really be charging YOU for endangering our technology! You're lucky to have gotten anything at all!

[Customers are so careless!]

I'll be sure to have you blacklisted from every repair shop in this world!

[HMPH! The nerve of that person!! Not appreciating her hard work. Grell is very proud of her viruses! And those charges helped a struggling reaper get a new purse!]

Now that I have that squared away, would any of you suggest something to listen to while I work? I find that classical music works best when I'm making a mess of things, but not when I'm putting things together. It just doesn't feel...proper.

[The screams of victims goes so much better with a bit of Nocturne.

Grell reaches forward to turn off the feed for now.]

Well, can't argue too much with that. Seein' that I stay at the most expensive apartments in Nova City, and have a custom motorcycle to maintain.

[Technically he's gotta think about body maintenance at some point too. His cyborg bits are gonna need that one of these days.]

[She blinks curiously at the mention of where he lives.]

Oh? You mean Heavens Courts? I stay there as well.

I know nothing about motorcycles, however. I can tell you where to get the best manicure, though!

Huh. Fancy that. We're even neighbors. Guess we share a taste in expensive places to stay.

[He lets out a slight chuckle and shrugs.]

Can't say a manicure will do me much good, unfortunately. I'd damage my nails too often in my bounty hunting work to justify the cost of getting that done.

I've never had neighbors I could actually tolerate! [She smiles brightly at that idea.] You should definitely come over sometime!

You could always wear gloves, you know.

To be fair, you don't know for certain if you can tolerate me just yet. But, we are off on a better foot than I have been with some people.

[He waves at the device, showing on the brown gloves he was currently wearing.]

One step ahead of ya. They don't always do the trick though.

[So it was probably a good thing that he wasn't a prima-donna about it. Then again, after losing a majority of your original body, kind of hard to be a prima-donna about looks.]

True, I don't, but I'm a good judge of character. If I disliked you in any way, I would have made it very clear by now.

[They were nice gloves, at that. She wore black leather ones most times, except when at home.]

You must be quite rough with your hands, then.

Good to know. I'd hate to be wasting my charm on someone who already didn't like me for some reason or another.

[They are nice gloves. Even nicer with the bright cyan designs on the back of them that were synced with the marks on his body, thusly becoming a better warning sign for him so he can see when the marks change color.]

I probably am, but not to brag, I am pretty good with my hands too.

[Eyebrow. Waggle.]

Oh~? So your hands aren't machine, then?

Technically, nothing about me is strictly machine. I guess you could say it's more metal prosthetics than anything. Just, y'know, on my whole body.

[Or just about, anyway. He's still got squishy organic bits inside of him, they're just reinforced and more protected.]

That said, I still more just as naturally as I always have, and that goes for the hands.

[That gray synthetic skin even feels like real skin. Whoever created this stuff was probably one messed up individual.]

[She hums curiously as he explained. Machinery and flesh, working in unison. It's hard to fathom!]

Is it too much to ask for a peek sometime?

[He gives a shrug.]

So long as it doesn't involve takin' me apart, I think I can arrange that. I've already been torn apart once, so I'd rather it not be a thing I have to deal with again.

[She raises a right hand to about ear level while placing the left upon her chest, where her heart is.]

I solemnly swear to not try to take you apart, and only look.

[A short pause.]

[She wants to feel synthetic flesh.]

[He gives her a bit of a suspicious stare, albeit a slightly playful one, squinting one eye at her.]

Mostly? How mostly we talkin' here? 'Cuz the limbs are stayin' attached, I'm making that clear right now.

It isn't often that I hear any one demand I not take their limb. ["Not often" being when she isn't trying to kill anyone, which hasn't been in a while.]

I don't want your limbs. Only your clothes, dear.

Now that I'm okay with. Y'know. So long as I get them back afterward. I like my coat.

[He just grins again, giving her another wink.]

But I can certainly have as many or as little clothes as requested.

[She shrugs lightly.] They aren't my style, so you won't have to worry about me keeping them.

A compliant subject! How nice!

That's good to know. I mean, these clothes get kind of expensive.

[Especially the shirt and gloves, what with being linked up with his lucemite levels and all.]

Oh, do did you pick up a check up practice from him? Not sure I should be so willing for someone without a license.

[He winks again. Gale is certainly up on his flirting game today.]
